Walking into the space, you might momentarily overlook the ambianc, but once the food arrives, everything else fades away. The cuisine is Nepali, and as someone who has tried almost every Asian cuisine, I can confidently say this truly stands apart.

If you’ve had chaat in India and missed the richness of meat in it, Nepali food is the answer. Himali serves it at its best. The flavors are bold, savory, and deeply satisfying. Some may find it slightly salty, but it’s not soy-sauce salty. it’s a rich, meaty saltiness that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

The Thukpa and Sadeko Momo (street-style momo) are absolute must-tries.

If you’re looking to explore new and distinctive flavors, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I keep coming back to this place because the food never disappoints! Every visit feels like a treat — the flavors are always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it perfect for any occasion and it’s just a great place to hang out and enjoy a good meal. Definitely my go-to!”

Absolutely delicious. Lots of options and nothing that disappoints. I can’t even recommend any particular dish because everything I’ve gotten here has been excellent.

Very casual, chill- food was incredible!! Loved the coffee, just the right sweetness and cardamon n’ other spices. Paneer was excellent and the vegetarian platter was generous in size. Different than Indian but familiar enough. Parking was easy but be careful merging back onto the road!

Very high quality, delicious, and authentic Nepali restaurant. They also have a few Indian options as well, like the classic curries and such. The prices are all extremely fair and quite cheap, and portions are adequate. I got to try their kothey momo dumplings and a mango lassi.

The kothey momo dumplings were extremely tasty. They are filled with lots of vegetables and some sort of meat, which I think is pork. Very tasty, and they do not go sparingly on the spice. Filling too.

The kothey momo come with a choice of sweet or spicy sauce on the side. I ordered the sweet sauce. However, the sweet sauce wasn’t very sweet — it was actually quite spicy. Maybe they gave me wrong sauce, or maybe even the sweet sauce is extremely spicy.

The mango lassi was pretty good, but not anything too too special. Creamy, sweet, and it hits the spot. For $5, not a bad portion, but nothing too great either.

All in all, quite enjoyed this spot. Nice, flavorful, and spicy Nepali food. The setting itself is relaxed and it’s easy to miss. But, stopping by is worth it.

I’ve been here a few times since moving to the city and it’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants for Indian food!
Whenever I dine in instead of getting take out I am always sat immediately and the food comes out in a very timely manner. All of the dishes I’ve tried here have been great! Last time I ordered from here I tried momos for the first time. They were delicious.

The momos here are amazing! If I go here again I would simply order all kinds of different momos for whatever meal I’m having! We ordered veg steam momos and veg Chilli momos which were fried veg momos in paneer chilly like panfried veggies. It was spicy so order if you can handle it! Veg chowmein was fine too. The paneer Tikka masala was much different than the North Indian version we eat. Because this is a Nepalese take on the same just be aware. There is no roti/Naan with it though.
