On November 11, we placed a delivery order from Cuzzino’s. Delivery took over an hour and the pizza arrived cold. But the bigger issue is what happened with tipping: the driver did not provide a receipt, a device, or any option to sign and authorize a tip. When I asked how I could leave a tip, he told me, “Don’t worry about it.” Two days later, we discovered he had added a $15 tip on his own without our approval.
We immediately contacted the owner. He apologized, said the driver would be reprimanded, and offered a credit on our next order (he stated he could not refund the tip).
About a month later, we ordered again and the exact same thing happened. No receipt, no signature option, no chance to approve a tip at delivery. Shortly after, we received an electronic receipt showing the driver had once again tipped himself.
I then spoke with the manager on duty, Stephanie, who apologized and said she would address it with the driver. At this point, this is not an accident, it is a repeated and unacceptable practice. Adding a tip without explicit customer authorization is improper and dishonest, and it has completely eliminated our trust in this business.

Stephanie always does an awesome job on dinner. Great pizza ( meatball a favorite) Dine in, take out or delivery always Fast friendly service- and always ready when I get there. The Philly cheesesteaks subs are amazing. Thanks for the great job and awesome energy!

Ordered takeout. Salmon Milano and Chicken Marsala.
Salmon was very good nice flavor cooked to perfection n the creamy Alfredo sauce was so creamy n seasoned just right.
Chicken Marsala was also delish. Chicken was moist n tender n the marsala sauce was great lots of mushrooms. Garlic knots added the perfect addition to these dinners. Best part is we have enough for lunch tomorrow. Good to know you can still get a great meal to go.

Have to admit it’s been a while since I’ve been to Nino’sCuzinos. But the food was great- honestly used to hate their pizza and it’s delicious now! My chicken cheesesteak was also delicious. And the young lady behind the counter Thursday night was super sweet!

Anthony is amazing. The food is always good and hot. Never an issue with delivery or service inside. ALL workers including the delivery drivers have always been great whether it’s take out delivery or inside seating.

Talk about a low key family business, this place is a hidden gem. The wife and I were up for the Middletown Peach Festival and were looking for something within walking distance. We walked into Cuzino’s Family Kitchen and was greeted by a delightful server who sat us promptly and tole us she’d also be our server. We told her we wanted a lighter lunch so we can get back out to the festival and not hate ourselves as we walked around. We settled on the 2 slices for $3.99 for each of us (on her suggestion). She came back a few minutes later and said she thinks the better option would be the $5 mini pie and it would be roughly the same amount of pizza.
In Real Estate you always look out for your clients well being first and foremost. This impressed me. Our drinks were never below half, we had a lovely conversation. All in all a great experience. The food was good too.

Everything was a mini version! I ordered online for a doctors’ office and I ordered several small pizzas which usually come with 6 slices. There’s no explanation on the website of the size of the pizza so I incorrectly assumed it was a standard size, especially since “medium” isn’t an option. No these are like personal pizzas. 4 slices. Then I ordered several “large” side salads they were small personal side salads. Not able to be split between multiple people.
So, basically I didn’t have enough food for the office and now I look like an idiot. I included photos with the fork for size comparison.
Y’all should really add the measurements of your pizza and salads to the menu or at least update the sizes.
Also, the cost was pretty high for how small everything is!
