i put in a order with the gilberto’s website paid for it and i came to pick it up and no one is here it’s completely closed and they’re site has no place to refund or anything this is not the first time i’ve come when they say they are open and no one is here or they close early but every light is on. i’m very disappointed and angry i don’t get my food i’ve been waiting in the parking lot for someone to come for a hour i will not be ordering here again or coming back. gilberto’s do better.

We’ve tried to love this place, but it’s now on our list of restaurants that we just won’t keep trying. IF they get your order correct, the quality is just way too inconsistent to throw money away. We’ve tried just about everything, and the last six months, only one meal was worth the money we paid. The service has really slacked as well, with rude employees, or employees on their phones, talking with friends, etc…

To go containers need better lids or just better containers for soup. The soup is hot and by the time it gets to where it’s going, the lids are not secure enough to where the juice is all over the plastic bag and you have to dump it into a bowl. Not too pleasurable before eating..

Normally I really enjoy the food here, go about 2/3 times a week, work in Owatonna live in Waseca, today we ordered two burritos one just meat and beans the other no onions. Unfortunately this has happened a few times. The one of just meat is good, but I was looking forward to the beans and my husband hates onions so he won’t be eating his, and doesn’t feel like driving back.
