I really hate to put a review like this online but every time I’ve been here in the last 6 months at least has been a horrible experience. I just left there. 7:30, I went to the drive thru to pick up my Togo order, sat there for 15 mins with the guy in the kitchen walking by the window multiple times with no luck. So I went inside. He instantly comes to greet me and make sure it was an online order when I ask him to confirm the one I was getting was mine all he said was “yeah it should be”. I ordered a sandwich and chips and fountain drink. When I walked over to get a drink from the fountain machine, the lady had already broken it down for the night. 2.5 hours before they close! Everytime I’ve been in this establishment recently has been a complete disappointment. I will make sure not to return to this subway. I really hate it because it used to be my favorite one to go to. Management and overall moral has gone down the gutter.

I always like to give good reviews, I am sorry to say after several trips , I wanted to see if just 1 off day but no.
Employee’s need to be friendly, clean and professional.
I didn’t have a very good experience.
Please if you are owner or manager reading this, see what you can do to make your Employee’s happy so they can do a better job.
I would like to see food and Employee’s clean and friendly.

Had online order but went to pick it up and noticed none of the female workers with long hair were wearing hats or hair nets of any kind. I don’t like the idea of hair in my food. Probably won’t come back to this location

Food was really good.
They were out of soap in the bathroom, so I asked for a replacement bottle and installed it.
All the tables were dirty. And after their customer rush, 3 workers started in the back and none of them came out to clean the tables.

Food was horrible. Service is worse. Never any managers working, only hateful kids. Had a girl worker yell at us over the phone because the cell service wasn’t great. I would drive to the Newport subway before eating here again. This place has steadily gone downhill the past few years. Oh, and please buy a toaster oven.

The past two times I have been there the toaster oven hasn’t worked. Ordered online and didn’t know that until I went in. Asked if they could put my sandwich in the microwave to heat it up and she said no. Always thought this was the better Subway in Batesville AR, not so sure now. Wal-Mart right across the street sells toaster ovens.

Used mobile ordering, ordered a 6″turkey sub, but instead of turkey, they used tuna. When calling the restaurant, was informed that no refund could be given without the sandwich, which I completely understand, but after driving all the way home, to take it back would cost me as much as the sandwich. Not happy rn.

Food was ok workers were hateful. If you can’t be kind to someone just because you have other things to do than to work the drive through then don’t have a drive through. I would be embarrassed to treat my customers that way. If I had been hateful it would be one thing but all I did was pull up.
