Tried curbside and regretted it. Sat in my parking spot after confirming I was there and put my hazards on. After 10 minutes called, got a robot that told me my order was completed and asked me to rate the process. Called again asked to speak to an employee it rang for a minute before someone picked up blamed the system for not working and delivered my pizza. Pizza had toppings on a few pieces that were not requested or wanted. Do not do curbside.

This wasn’t a great pizza. The dough was floppy and not crisp, and it was swimming in grease. There were literally pools of grease on every pepperoni. I feel like you didnt put on enough pineapple or jalapeno. It was my first time trying a Brooklyn style pizza from Domino’s and I have to say I’m unimpressed overall. The big pools of grease were a giant turn off. This was my first time ordering from this dominos and it will probably be the last. It wasnt worth the final delivered cost of $21 + tip to driver. I feel like I got scammed.

Update 2/14/21 ordered 10x bbq wings, and cheesy bread. The bbq wings were undercooked and seemed to have hardly any meat on them and was mostly slimy skin and fat. Unfortunate.
Update 9/21 ordered large pizza. They are still making them poorly. Greasy and floppy center. The crust was pretty good, but even that was soaked in grease. I understand that it’s pizza, but come on.

HORRIBLE!!!! even for Dominos, we ordered @11:23 am and after 1hour 30min, called the store to be told they were busy with school orders and it will be in 15min, @12:43 I called the store again and the acting manager “HOPE” didn’t give me any. She said “I can cancel it or you can wait” I had waiting almost 2 hours I wanted my pizza so I said I would continue to wait. The pizza was cold and rubbery (probably from sitting under the “heat lamp” warmer for 2 hours. DO BETTER!!!!

The young adults are very present and respectful professional. Always busy , I guess pizza is in high demand here. The specialty bread is my favorite reminds me of home ( Im from Northern California) I also appreciate that they are open later in the evenings. Would be so fabulous if tay would add some 0 (sugar free) drinks to the menu. I mean already eating pizza got to cut down those calories somewhere right. Lol

4th time I’ve ordered here since I’ve moved to Santa Maria and they have been on point with the quality of the food and the delivery drivers have all been courteous. I use to work for domino’s and it’s exactly how it should be. Keep it up!

Look at their 1 topping pizzavTV add, it is a multiple toppiDomino’s they show. The add certainly is misleading as what you see is not what u r going to get. Whilst it isn’t false advertising, it will certainly lure the unwarranted. Thus, I will avoid Dominos with this type of advertising.

I Ordered 3 pizzas. I Received them all overcooked and full of air bubbles, so much of them that there was no cheese or sauce on most of it. I paid for extra cheese, and received a dehydrated sheet of dough.
I called the store to see about having the problem fixed. After her “talking to her manager”(which apparently knew about how bad my order was before it left the store, because she remembered the order), they agreed to remake my order and have it delivered in about 20 minutes.
I guess they thought they’d be funny, because an HOUR later, I relieved all 3 pizzas in the same condition as the first 3, overcooked and covered in air pockets, only this time, to make the matters worse, they decided not to put sauce on my pizza. Funny huh? This is not the only time we’ve received pizza like this from this store. We will not be returning customers after this experience. Not worth the time or money.

Ordered sweet bbq bacon chicken… showed the cashier a pic of what I wanted, still ended up with this. The pizza is undercooked and greasy. Food is disappointing
