This is not Thai food. This is mall food court quality.
There was soggy, cold beef in my spicy beef salad, which is a simple and common Thai dish at any Thai restaurant. This looks like olive garden but at least they put dressing on their salad. Not only did they not make it the way its traditionally supposed to, it was also totally flavorless! A plain bed of lettuce with flavorless beef.
It should be seared and grilled hot, and dusted with toasted rice powder, mint, cilantro, lime juice.
Look at these pics, and look at the reviews here who actually know Thai food. There’s MUCH better places here in the desert, don’t waste your money!! The effort in these dishes is disrespectful!! Cooks don’t know what they are doing. Be careful owners, or your palm desert location will go out of business.

I ordered take out on 3/15/23 and my pho had bugs in it. I tried to convince myself it was herbs & spices floating around until I saw a perfectly preserved bug with legs and wings in my food. Unfortunately, I ordered on grubhub and Peppers doesn’t answer their phones.

If they would have gotten the order right as we instructed, the food might have been better. We ordered several items for carry out (we picked up); they were fast, the food was hot but they didn’t follow instructions on the order, for example: tofu (not fried tofu as requested), didn’t give us extra vegetables though we paid for them, etc. They repeated the order when we called it in so things a kitchen issue! There are several places to order Thai food so we won’t be back here.

Really good food. Small, takeout only but online ordering and pick up was seamless and they looked really busy. The food was delicious and prices are reasonable. It’s now our go to Thai food place!!

For the life of me I cannot figure out how this place has the ratings they have, this was by far the worst Thai food I have ever had and I have had some bad Thai food over the years unfortunately, but this place takes the W for the worst, they got one star for the vegetable pot stickers. I guess all these great reviews have never had real Thai food because this is just bad.
