Very disappointing. I love Pappa Murphys. This location has certainly went south. Assuming new ownership. The white garlic sauce tastes like mustard. Photo shows very minimal condiments. Crust tastes like cardboard. Wake up or shut down

Normally I love this place. I go every week. I decided to order a large Classic Italian and it was made totally wrong. The description says :Our Original Crust topped with Creamy Garlic Sauce, Whole-Milk Mozzarella, Premium Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Sliced Mushrooms, Roma Tomatoes, Green Onions, Cheddar, and Herb & Cheese Blend. I got chicken, a couple of green onions and tomatoes. Not even close. Plus I was charged full price for all three pizzas ordered on $10.99 Tuesday. I understand they are training new people but double check their work. Very disappointed. I threw it away.

Over the years, I’ve had quite a few pizzas from Papa Murphy’s. With the exception of the taco pizza, all have been ‘good’…but, the chicken bacon artichoke stuffed pizza was, by far, the best.

Owner is very unfriendly and will not own up to it when he makes a mistake, don’t bother trying to contact corporate if you have a complaint te owner will just argue over email. We love Papa Murphy pizza but rarely patronize due to owners attitude.
