Ok. This Subway is attached to a gas station ⛽️. Do not let this dissuade you!
I was going to eat at the Denny’s next door, but they had a 20 minute wait! Forget it! I’m glad I went to Subway.
I had the Spicy Italian sub. My favorite. It was made perfectly.
The food was good and the staff were polite, friendly, and helpful.

0 stars for us. Stopped in on our way through the state and I would not have felt safe if I wasn’t with my husband. Once inside, the lady was super unwelcoming. She didn’t greet us at all and barely looked at us when ordering. Her responses were very short and cold. I assume she hates her job. We watched her have the same rude interactions with other customer as we ate. Bathrooms are also disgusting—dirty, smelly, and overall unpleasant. You’re better off hitting Denny’s next door.

Just like many other reviews have mentioned, the staff here (the lady working) was extremely unfriendly.
There was no greeting at all. She didn’t say a single word during the entire interaction and simply dropped the sandwich onto the counter.
Her attitude and facial expression made it feel very uncomfortable, as if customers were a burden rather than people she was supposed to serve.
This seems to be a recurring issue here, not just a one-time experience.

There was a lady there extremely rude has a attitude put wayyyy to much meat was mean to my Antey when she made ONE mistake like WTH and when I went there alone she was sitting down on her phone or what ever she was on like geez if he gonna have a attitude be ready for customers and a couple behind us couldn’t even get there order since she didn’t even have bread ready.

My wife and I tried to eat here and literally walked out after the rude lady working made us feel like we were bothering her by being there.
First of all, you have to ring a doorbell to get service, and then she yells from the back, “Be right there.” Then when she comes out, she doesn’t really even greet us and gives us stink eye when she asks what we want.
My wife ordered the #49 Cali Caprese, and the lady looks super confused and checks her cheat sheet to see how to make it. The first thing she tries to put on the flatbread is Chicken Salad, and I was like, “Hold up, is that tuna?” She looks at me dumb and slaps the chicken salad onto the flatbread. I said, “What is that?” and she grabs another scoop of Chicken Salad and slaps it on the flatbread and says,”It’s chicken salad, all the wraps come with it.” *Side note, subway was my 2nd job as a youngster, and I KNOW all the ingredients are listed on the board for customers to verify allergies/restrictions* So I’m like “Well we don’t eat meat and it isn’t a listed ingredient.” At which point she sighs (again) and again looks like we are just ruining her day. She then throws away the flatbread, and my wife asked if we could leave because she didn’t want this upset lady making her food.
After reading the other comments this seems to be a common theme that probably won’t change.
NOT recommended!!! 0 stars if possible

Not the same as we expected. Ordered a few meatball subs but they had enough only for 3 foot subs. I asked for extra sauce but she ignored me and tossed the pan aside and covered it with all that nice sauce. There wasn’t that much on the subs as usual in the first place! The other two subs were the boss and the new Mexicali Sub. Those were fine. I tried to eat my meatball sub , was very dry without much sauce on it.☹️

Was travelling to AZ so I stopped off to eat here. Ordered a Tuna on Wheat and it was delicious. The sandwich artist who made my sandwich did awesome!

The lady that was working here was extremely rude to us. When we walked in she didn’t even greet us she just said “ this all I have” now keep in mind it was a few before closing. Never going to stop here again.

I’d love to give this store more stars, but at the time of our order, it seemed that most of the veggies were looking a little old. It looked like the spinach was wilted and the olives were down to just the juice in their bin. Also, they didn’t have the jalapeño bread. That said, our Subway Club was pretty good.

Very busy place, located inside a fuel stop/convenience mart just off I40 on the east side of Gallup. Fast and efficient service. We walked over from our hotel because we had a dog with us and could not leave her in the room, and it was too hot to leave her in the car so a sit-down restaurant was out of the question. There were several other folks doing the same; it’s an OK area to take your pup for a walk. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it’s fast food – and I don’t give fast food restaurants 5 stars. Our sandwiches were exactly as ordered, fresh, and just what we expected.
