Omara consistently provides amazing service at this Starbucks. She is always super sweet, welcoming, and goes out of her way to be helpful. I love when she’s the one making my drinks—not only because she’s so chipper and it rubs off on you, but also because I’m super indecisive and she’s always recommending drinks for me to try.
She always makes sure I like my drink before moving on to the next customer and has even offered to remake it if I didn’t love it. (She’s never had to though—everything she’s made me is .)
She truly deserves appreciation for the way she treats people and the positive energy she brings to the store❤️❤️❤️

This is the single worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This Starbucks needs to either hire more people or hire dedicated employees. They only prioritize the window and not the people who come in through the door. I ordered a simple drink and they still took 20 minutes to make it and they still under poured my drink. Like hello ??

This location isn’t bad by any means. It seems a tad understaffed. My main issue is that the music inside is always being played very loud, if you’re more than 2 feet from someone you can’t understand each other. Sensory-wise this is not great; if you want to chill or have noise sensitivities I wouldn’t reccomend it.

Update 2 months later. Had to ask for a straw. Getting better at the service. Four stars.
Can’t tell you what it taste like because they did not give me a straw. The wait was extremely long. They didn’t know how to announce the coffee. They still have a lot of training to do. I’ll wait a month or two and try over again.
