First time trying non chain and was happily surprised. Employees were friendly and very helpful. I was anxious to try a pizza with refried beans as a base but figured you only live once. Pizza was amazing. Crispy chewy crust, barely even noticed beans they lent to the overall taste well. Definitely homemade dough, so fresh and tender with the perfect crisping. We had garlic knots and the Taco pizza.

Grabbed a late night pizza on our way into town. It really hit the spot! Pizza, knots, and cookie dessert were all delicious! We got a large for two (one being a hungry teen boy) and we could have done the medium. It was a ton of food!! Fairly priced. Staff was also really friendly!

Edit… Cobblestone now has delicious house-made cookies. We tried the Almond Joy and Pumpkin Strudel, and both were absolutely delicious. I hope everyone shows these cookies some love so they will continue to make them.

This pizza is so good. Both locations(Toledo&Newport) I have had the pleasure of eating at were 1000% delicious. The garlic knots are on point and the employees were courteous kind and polite. Definitely an all around Pleasant place to eat. Plus they(Toledo) had Pokemon cards in one of there novelty machines for the kids. I spent a lot of quarters and got Alot of great cards. Will and have been there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We loved this pizza!
We ordered a double pepperoni with half no cheese (my preference). There were two types of pepperoni. The big ones remained meaty and juicy and the smaller ones got crispy. We enjoyed the duality.
The sauce was abundant and delicious. It had a strong tomato flavor and very herbaceous.
The crust was a good thickness. The middle of the pizza had a thinner crust but the edges had the thick, bready, crust that I like to snack on.
The garlic knots were delicious. The garlic butter somehow maintained a very allicin-ey flavor from the garlic, even though I assume it was prepared ahead of time. However that was done, it tasted really fresh and strong of garlic. My favorite. The pizza had a similar level of allicin-ey bite. Really added to my experience.
I don’t live in the area, but if I were to come back to Newport, I would visit this pizza joint again.

I think this is the best pizza I have ever had. Loved the sourdough crust and generous with the toppings. Had the garlic knots and side salad. Great all around. Highly-recommend.

The service was great as per usual,I always enjoy how nice and helpful they are,as for the food: the garlic knots were alright if you love lot of garlic on them,this time around they almost seem to much,the chicken Alfredo was good and tasty and as for the pizza it was above average just needed some red pepper flakes for a bit more spice.
As for the atmosphere,we went in the moment they open so it felt rather dead while some 80’s music was playing in the background,in some ways it felt like it was stuck in time for some of the decor. All in all though i would go again.

I got a large with 4 toppings. Most we’re not cooked through. My pineapple was still cold. Best to get 1 topping or cheese because they charge you 2.00 for toppings to be raw.

Stopped in and ordered wings and a taco pizza. Wings were 5 stars. Service was 5 stars. Pizza was 3 stars. Maybe not the best choice. Crust was tasty but thick. Giving 4 stars overall since we did not get traditional pizza and it probably would have been better.
