This small, out of the way gem of a pizzeria needs more publicity! The atmosphere was very welcoming, the service was excellent, and the pizza we had was nothing short of amazing!
We ordered the Dougie and it was more than we expected! The veggies were crunchy, the sausage was very tasty and the jalapenos had excellent heat. We will definitely make the trip back at least a few times to try their menu items which include various other entrées such as wings, sandwiches, and pasta.
If you haven’t tried Papa D’s Pizzaria, we highly recommend giving it a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Small town restaurants are always a crapshoot, sometimes they are awesome, sometimes you regret the visit for years to come and the meal haunts you…. This was one of the good ones. I was in town for a conference, and the place was way busier than I think they expected to be. I ordered pizza and fries (yeah I’m weird) the food was ready in just a few minutes, it was excellent, and was priced well. If I’m in the area again I would happily visit again.

Ma’ma Mia I could write a novel about Papa D’s Pizzeria, but if I know what’s good for me, I will continue to be a regular visitor- especially after discovering that Chili and typically an additional soup are on rotation.
I’m not allowed to use straws anymore because I WILL drink these soups through a straw, give me an Iv, Doc!

Quick drive from Lincoln provided us with some out favorite pizza we’ve had in awhile. Located inside the local general shop, it’s not fancy, but it is delicious.
We ordered carry out, medium pizza add onions and green peppers. It was a well built pizza, topping distribution was perfect, good cheese, their pizza sauce is possibly new fav. Best part of the pizza was it wasn’t greasy – at all!
Cheese bread was on ciabatta which was super good! I could eat that marinara with a spoon, possibly even my fingers. It’s that good.
Super fair prices, great quality food, we definitely will be back for more!

What a cute little place! It was just like an old general store. The pizza was EXCELLENT and the ingredients we’re fresh. Service was super friendly and fast. They even serve beer. I didn’t realize the menu included burgers, baskets, sandwiches (hot and cold). I will DEFINITELY be back and sending friends to check it out. It’s totally Worth the drive!

A classic small town pizza place. I grew up eating here so I might be a little biased, but try the Baked Nebraska and tell me what you think! While you’re there be sure to pick up some of their famous pasta sauce from the general store.
