Worst McDonald in this area. If you don’t mind driving a few more minutes, the one at Wheeling or Vernon Hill is much better.

In a meal I just bought for my kids, I ordered two sweet & sour sauce for nuggets, which were not packed in my bag. Also no ketchup is provided unless you ask. I also asked the fries to be light salted, and I got the fries with normal salt level. Most ridiculously, I ordered a cheeseburger, and there is no meat in it, only a piece of cheese. It is literally the worst McDonald I have ever been to in my whole life

The service at McDonald’s remained extremely unsatisfactory.
We ordered delivery, but ended up waiting over 10 minutes for it to arrive, plus another 7 minutes to get to the pickup point. For fast food, that’s way too long.

The service seemed subpar: completely unresponsive, and it felt like customers’ time wasn’t valued at all. If you market yourself as fast service, then live up to that. I’m very disappointed.

They missed items in my order yet again. I ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns. Picked them up through drive through. When I get home there are no hash browns in the bag. They’ve missed items on prior orders as well and I’ve provided the feedback to McDonalds through their site as well. Need to have better checks in place before giving customers their orders.
There’s no way to get a refund for missing items either.

I am very upset with my experiences at this McDonald’s. I have now had 3 bad experiences, which I think warrants a review. For starters, it seems like the workers are too lazy to make the correct order that you ask for. For me, I’ve asked for a PLAIN double cheeseburger (even specifying that I want ONLY CHEESE), and it shows up as that on my receipt. When I receive my order, my cheeseburger has all the ingredients on it— and this has happened multiple times now. On top of that that, when I tried to bring up a problem to the workers about them getting my order wrong, they are not very nice and they make you think that it’s your fault (when it’s not). Really hoping to see some changes in the future but until then I will be going to a different McDonald’s.

Worst experience. I ordered three caramel lattes and none of them had caramel in the coffee, which is honestly surprising. I also ordered three McChicken biscuits, and the chicken wasn’t properly cooked. This was easily the worst food I’ve ever had from McDonald’s.

Stopped by with my daughter to pick up an online order and use a gift coupon for a free cookie. At pickup, I asked twice if the cookie was included in the bag that the guy handed me just to make sure, and was assured it was. Of course it wasn’t.

Usually when you order online, McDonald’s places you order on the shelf and you can take it out, but not at this place. The guy at check out only gives out the orders by himself making people wait in a line while he is out. He is very rude, unprofessional and arrogant, he doesn’t give you your order without showing him the order number even if you tell him the name on the order. He doesn’t know how his own ordering system works. As was mentioned in the previous reviews, this situation lasts for a long time and I don’t think it’s a good idea for McDonald’s to keep people like him. Please avoid this McDonald’s location

An hour ago, I went to pick up my order at this establishment, but some guy working there wouldn’t give it to me, asking for some PIN code. I told him my name was written here in the app and that this was my order, but he kept asking for the PIN code. This is the first time I’ve seen this. I would advise management to fire employees who don’t know their jobs and responsibilities. It’s a shame that such establishments have such employees.
