2 minute walk from port. Side street restaurant. Open dining area. Offered shade and had fans to keep diners cool. Server may have been overwhelmed since most diners were of large parties. Sadly, we couldn’t get our drinks of choice ( they had no Pineapple juice or coconut cream and they had no fungi or sweet plantains). However, THE FOOD!!! Food was delicious. Catch of the day Creole style,Pineapple Chicken,Jersey Wings and BBQ Ribs.

We loved eating here, the drinks and the food were delicious, the staff were attentive and friendly and the open kitchen was sending out some amazing smells! Tucked away in little alley off the main road, a treasure of a find. I had the conch and my partner had the blackened salmon, delicious.

Beautiful outdoor patio, reasonable prices, and delicious local food just off the busy downtown strip of the St John’s Cruise Port. I loved the jerk chicken and you can miss the macaroni pie.

This small restaurant is very atmospheric. It is in a smaller courtyard down an alleyway. This offers an escape from the hurley- burley of the local streets. The menu offers a selection of dishes done with local flair. The place was busy with a mix of locals and tourists. The service was a little slow but the staff were very busy..

Came here with my friend who is an Executive Chef on the Island. The atmosphere was so inviting and the people who ran/owned this place was pleasant. The food was delicious BUT, I noticed a few things that dropped the star rating:
1. My cucumbers in my salad were rancid.
2. My chef friend was told he was getting snapper but they clearly severed him a lesser quality fish… either swai or basa.
3. Food was seasoned with the same seasoning so there was no difference in flavors from the fish or rice.
Overall it was still good, and the drinks were refreshing.

Great food, have eaten here several times and it has always been great. I would recommend this as a great place to grab a bit while you are in St Johns. I have enjoyed the fish and the fish burgers here. The menu has a wide range of items to choose from so its a good choice for the whole family.

A local told us about this place. Quaint restaurant but very clean and great service. I love the pineapple chicken with rice and potato salad. It was cooked very fresh like a homemade meal. The kids burger were very differentl. Definitely recommend.

We love eating where the locals eat and this restaurant does not disappoint! The service is prompt and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. We loved the ribs in the rosemary bbq sauce! The vegetables were fresh and the fried plantains were sweet. If you like ginger beer, it had a strong ginger taste. We definitely would recommend this restaurant and would return again.
