Literally the best Mexican food! My boyfriend and I are visiting from San Diego and wanted to try this place. We were not disappointed. Their tortillas and tortilla chips are homemade, and honestly some of the best I have ever had (my friend even said they were the best tortillas she has ever tasted!). I personally thought the tortilla chips were incredible.
We ordered tacos and a torta: carne asada, al pastor, shredded beef, and grilled fish. The guacamole was perfect, and the salsas were amazing. My favorite was the green salsa with habanero and ghost pepper.
Super cute vibe and friendly owners. We came for Sunday night dinner right after sunset, so we did not catch the full view, but it looks like the waterfront view must be stunning.
HIGHLY recommend if you are craving authentic Mexican food. You will not regret it!

This adorable spot right on the water is a must-visit. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was ample seating to choose from. The food was simply amazing. I opted for the zucchini tacos, the only vegetarian option available, and they were delicious. My friend, on the other hand, couldn’t resist the carne asada tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. The cheese dish and chips were simply divine. I was particularly delighted by the connection to our favorite movie, Practical Magic, and the fact that it’s located in Sally Owens Botanical Shop.

Yum – delicious lunch with a view. They served us an extra little bean soup with our veggie tacos- so nice and really good. Homemade chips, salsa and guacamole. They make the corn tortillas too. Everything great.

So yummy! Came in on a cold day on my motorcycle and the food was fresh and delicious and they brought me soup! Staff was super friendly, good prices, homemade tortillas, 5 stars

The view is nice if you get the table by the water. But nothing else explains the good ratings. The tacos were absolutely not worth the 30 mins wait – the meat was boiled and bland in carnitas and the rockfish wasn’t fresh. I’d love to forget that I ever tried the guacamole.

It was a hot August evening and we were looking for something quick and tasty. We landed at this lovely little place. Wooden tables, family atmosphere, and carnitas that melt in your mouth. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The views were lovely.
Portions were large and absolutely delicious. I ordered their Papa Asada, and my wife go their shrimp cocktail with chips. We both enjoyed their drink menu and enjoyed the cool down. Their homemade chips are the BEST!

Street tacos done completely right. From cilantro to chopped white onions, every bite bursts with flavor. The pork tacos were my favorite. Everything is made in-house, and you can tell. Fresh guac with jalapeño, onion, and tomato. Tortillas are handmade and absolutely delicious. The red salsa is bright and fresh, while the green is creamy and spicy (I wanted to drink it). Order a beer, though! The margarita left a bit to be desired, but they absolutely nailed it on the food.

Ah, Molka Xete, who knew heaven had house-made tortillas and a view? Molka Xete doesn’t just serve food, it throws a flavorful fiesta with a guest list that includes your taste buds, two frolicking sea otters, and maybe a pinch too much salt (looking at you, fish tacos).
• Tortillas? So good, I considered folding one into a pillow.
• Guacamole? Very good… but sprinkle a little salt on it and boom: Michelin Star energy.
• Chicken Street Tacos? Absolute rockstars. Like the taco version of a well-coached football team: balanced, satisfying, and no unnecessary roughness.
• Fish Tacos? Slightly salty, but still swimming in solid flavor.
• Chips and Hot Sauce? Homemade heroes. Crunchy, spicy, and clearly made by someone who knows their way around both a fryer and the human soul.
And then there’s the view: sea otters doing synchronized swimming while you contemplate whether it’s socially acceptable to lick the paper lining of your serving basket. Verdict: yes.
Bravo, Molka Xete. Coupville may be small, but this place is throwing culinary punches well above its weight class.

I ordered the five taco entrée and they were excellent. I was able to choose from a variety of different meats and of the four different meats I chose, the deshebrada was my favorite, followed by the al pastor. The carnitas and carne asada tacos I had were also very tasty.
Ordering online was very easy, and I was able to add notes to ask for extra lime and salsa when I made my order.
The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate my request for extra limes and salsa.
I will definitely go back!
