This place blows my mind every time i go with a new way to mess my order up. Their drive thru thing has been busted for months and you cant hear eachother and the people at the drive thru cannot understand what im even saying and if you ask for any change or variation from the menu it makes them go crazy and put beans on every single thing you order like there is just no common sense here they gotta fix their place and train their drive thru better. Last month i stood there waiting for a pickup order i placed at the kiosk inside and they literally had me standing there for 45 mins before anyone came to the front counter and they lost my whole order like this particular taco bell is just cheeks and needs to get its act together. Never had a quesadilla with a chuck missing from the center before like idk if this is them playing in my face or what but cmon bruh for $40 do better

For some reason this particular location is just more expensive than other taco bells ive been to. The service is incredibly slow and they frequently mark orders as ready to pick up and when you arrive you get to wait another 20 minutes. Staff is non responsive and rude when they do acknowledge you. Store is often dirty and staff sit in the dining room watching tik toks and Instagram reels on max volume. Food quality is the only thing that’s passable and it’s bog standard taco bell. If you have a choice go to any other taco bell.

This particular Taco Bell really struggles with getting orders correct and out to customers in a timely fashion. Expect long waits for food when dining in the dining room and incorrect orders when picking up. The drive through is definitely prioritized over the dining room and mobile orders, as it is quick and often correct.

Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I mean it’s Taco Bell, can’t expect much right? Trying to get help from an employee is like pulling teeth, and they’re all judgy and will definitely talk about you to each other. Then when the food was done the girl threw it on the counter. I know working with the public is hard but maybe get some better training and learn how to treat people.

MISSING ITEMS AND WONT REFUND YOU.
It sucks but I won’t be coming back. Went during my lunch for myself and a coworker and ordered through the drive thru. Got back to work and about 30-40 mins later I was finally able to eat. The burrito I ordered was missing so I called to see if I could get a refund bc it was $8-$10 and now I had to figure out how I’m gonna get food. Called and they said they can make the food again but can’t give me a refund for their mistake. I just simple won’t go back now.

Employees don’t understand much of any English, so when I ask to use my mobile rewards they have no clue what I’m saying, and when I say “fire tier reward” for a burrito item, they think I’m ordering five burritos and charge me $45. No sense of guilt or understanding when I go into the store to clarify and try to resolve the issue. Abysmal.

They always mess up my order. Also, I realized that this particular taco bell has the most uncleaned atmosphere compared to all the other ones I have been to so far. They seriously need to improve service along with overall cleanliness.

All I got was 2 crispy chicken soft shell tacos. I sat down to eat my first and I immediately noticed that they were light than the ones I got from another location previously but I ignored that fact since I was hungry. But something told me I should take apart my second taco just to look at the portion size to make sense of the weight and size difference. Sure enough, there was one little nugget of chicken inside. The rockaway location always serves me a sizable portion so I know this location had skimped me. Unfortunately I already ate one so I took the uneaten second one to the counter and asked the employee if this is a normal portion size. She said there should be more and that she was going to remake it. She handed me the remade one with the same skimpy portion of chicken except they added more cabbage and cheese thinking that they were going to fool me into thinking they gave me more protein. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it and go back to the counter for the SECOND time so I picked through and partially ate the taco and left pissed off. I was very close to giving them back the remake after I looked inside at the portion and asking for my money back but decided to let it go and never go to that location again. They also look at you stupid if you happen to want to pay cash at the register instead of using the tablets to order.

I dont know why I bother. I ordered through the app for drive thru. There was a line so I went in. No one would talk to me at the counter so I could tell them. Just kept yelling names at me. When someone finally spoke to me I wanted to cancel the order cuz it had been twenty mins. No one could tell me if I had an order or not or if I could cancel it. The manager told me he cannot cancel and do through the app. There is no cancal on the app. The website is my only recourse and that is useless also.
