Online ordered 1 lg fry extra seasoning 2 ranch 20 wings a lg stix and 20 wings. Showed up no fries at ALL 1 ranch when we paid for 2 and won’t refund money unless we drive out to them with our food. This is the second time this shit has happened if you can’t have employees incompetent enough to serve the correct order don’t have a business.

This was my first time eating here I tried the boneless hickory smoked and mild they both were amazing and I definitely will be coming back to try the other variety of wings they offer. The employees were awesome too. Try them out if you haven’t already you won’t be disappointed.

I ordered 20 wings at 11:30 pm and I only got 15 wings I tried to call and let them know my order was wrong but I couldn’t because it said that they closed at midnight but on the website says that they closed at 1am I call again in the morning And someone it a rude attitude answer me saying there’s nothing she can do about because she was not in charge last night and got no complaints about it and I told her why because I couldn’t call and also try to show her that the operator says the business hour till midnight because I recorded it and she hang up on me! Don’t order from here again people are lazy don’t do their job and had an attitude also told her I wanted to speak with her supervisor and she still hang up the phone on me !! What a bad experience

Purchased $50 worth of boneless and bone-in wings tonight. When we got all the way home, we discovered the bone-in wings were raw.
We understand mistakes happen, so we immediately called the store to let them know. The manager who identified himself as Isaiah acted very strange on the phone and told us the only way he could help was if we drove 30 minutes back to Hixson to show him the wings. We even offered to provide pictures, but he refused.
Serving raw chicken is a serious food safety issue. The response from management was even more concerning.
Corporate may want to reconsider how situations like this are handled, because customers should not be told to drive 30 minutes after being served raw food just to have an issue addressed.

Tried for the first time. I got 3 different orders of 5. Hawaiian, barbecue and lemon pepper. I was pretty sure they mixed up the labels on the Hawaiian and barbecue even though they tasted the same except one had a little spice so must’ve been the barbecue. So little sauce that I couldn’t taste much difference. The lemon pepper was just salty with a hint of lemon, no pepper flavor. They were tough although a tiny be less than buffalo wild wings but scrawny and half the meat of buffalo wild wings. Cost was around $18. Nowhere near worth the price, I will stick to Walmart’s great value wings.

We ordered the 20 wing meal with 10 pieces of corn. We only got 5 pieces of corn, no fries and only 10 pieces of chicken. They wanted us to bring the food back but we had already eaten half of it. If we would have returned they would have been closed when we got there. They refused a refund or any way to correct this. We will never eat there again.

Count on not getting all your food. Every time we order here, we never get all of our food. The fries are always cold. The service is super lacking, which is sad because their wing selection is good….if you can get them.

WHAT happened to good customer service?? We ordered the 100pk of wings to try Wingstop for the first time for me! Unfortunately the way the staff packed the order, when we walked out the door the top container slid out the bag and half of my wings were dumped out on the sidewalk!!! So sad!! And when asked if they could replace just what hit the ground, they told us to throw them away and they’d call the manager… For them to come back and say they weren’t allowed to replace them!!! I’m sorry but if you want repeated customers, you take care of them when things happen!!! There wasn’t even an offer of anything!! I would’ve tipped heavily again for making it right because that’s how I am. I would’ve praised y’all!!! My bill was almost $200 after tip, lost food and they bagged half of my fries with the ranch and the other half of fries with the veggies??! … so needless to say my fries were cold.
I will be honest, my family thoroughly loved the wings we were able to eat and I could tell instantly we would’ve been regular customers with some minor adjustments at checkout however my family will NEVER be back. DO BETTER Wingstop!!! If you treat your customers this way, I could only imagine how you treat anyone else or your employees.
I called in and was given a general managers name of John and phone number, they said he made the decision to not replace them. I tried to contact him, no response back or even acknowledged!!!! I called the store again to have him contact me and
I gave y’all several opportunities to make it right and you failed.

Came in to place an order and stood there for 15 mins to be acknowledged. Finally a worker came in and I thought finally my order will be taken but nope! Dude came to the register and said that he was clocking in. So I asked well who takes the order and commented that I’d been waiting a while. He goes back and tells one of the workers and dude says that he’s in a zone and that who ever it is is going to have to wait. I politely walked away. Though the amount that I’d planned to spend may not have been much for the business, it is still my money and I choose to spend it elsewhere. Awful service!
