I got my toddler meal here and an applesauce pocket shortly after she opened her applesauce packet. I noticed there was mold inside of the packet seems like they didn’t store it right and also the bathrooms were horrendous and terrible condition. Truly disgusting wouldn’t recommend coming here.

This is the 2nd time in two weeks I have been to this location and only one employee is working. First and most important, this is very unsafe for the employee. This is not ok! It took me 20 minutes of standing in line to get my order., a churro, that’s it a churro. More staff is necessary! The drink area was dirty, and both Coke & Diet Coke were out of order. The counter with the register was also dirty. The drive-thru is closed, probably due to lack of staff. The woman working was great, but 1 person can’t & shouldn’t be expected to do it all.

I attempted to purchase a sandwich from this location 1/7 at roughly 11am. I didn’t realize this sign meant there would be no drive through service at all. The employee came to the window and said “Do you have a mobile order?” I said no. With frustration she says “the window is for mobile orders only, there are THREE signs stating that.” I said “oh okay I’m sorry” and she closed the window, without offering to take my order inside. I understand I made a mistake and everyone has bad days, but if you’re “restoring this location to its former glory” this isn’t a good start. With poor quality food and sky high prices, customer service should be your priority. I was a repeat customer but I won’t visit here again.

Terrible service. The boy working the counter would only make one sandwich at a time. While waiting for the single sandwich to toast he did not start the next sandwich, just would stand there. So incredibly slow. Took 45 minutes to get our sandwich. Terrible.

My foot long beast , my husbands 6in turkey and daughters ham kids meal was rock solid hard and unable to eat. It was more of a jaw workout than they were a sandwich. First time I’ve went here in months. Spent almost $20 on a footlong beast and it was rock hard bread unable to eat.

Waited for 15 minutes INSIDE the restaurant and there was no one there. The open sign was lit, the door was unlocked, and it was mid afternoon. After a while someone started moving around in the back of the building but didn’t seem to hear us in the front of the store. Eventually a young lady came to the front and promptly filled our order. She was very polite.
Normally I wouldn’t complain, but this isn’t the first time I’ve come to this exact Subway to find no one was inside. Last time I left, this time I waited longer and was able to leave with the food I came for.

The service was slow and the employees complained the whole time. The older lady did not look like she wanted to be there and was on the verge of being rude. The lettuce was starting to brown. The pop machine was not set up correctly so the pop was horrible. There weren’t straws out. When asked for straws the older lady was not happy. She said it would be a minute. We had turned around and she left the straws on the counter then went to the back without letting us know she had put the straws on the counter. The bread was over cooked. It was obvious the older lady did not know how to cook bread because she was commenting that there was 8 minutes left on the oven so the bread should be browner. The oven was fine. We saw the bread browning as it was closer to being completed. The tables were dirty. The bathrooms were dirty. The staff went in the back and customers had to wait several minutes before the came out. I would never eat here again.
