An underestimated gem! Love the tofu ramen – very special and silky tofu. Shoyu ramen is also amazing, not too salty.
Nice vibe.

Food is seriously terrible. I ordered a small miso soup and chicken fried rice on door dash. It cost $43 for a really small amount of genuinely inedible food. The soup was in a really small cardboard container and tasted like dirty dishwater. The fried rice was worse than I thought could be possible. The quality of the chicken was comparable to the meat in a “lunchable”. I felt bad giving it to my dog. Total rip off. 0/10.

Ordered take out. The spicy tuna smelled and tasted old and not very fresh. The other roll was not made with care. They both look like gas station sushi on a tinfoil tray. The tempura appetizer was like eating broccoli coated in raw batter. Two stars because one star reviews get overlooked as being overly flamey. The food was gross. Straight into the garbage bin.

Knot of hair found in one of the signature rolls. This is the last time I’ll ever be ordering here again. Order at your own risk.

Pricey for what it is. Small rolls. Not super well made – they were falling apart and the rice wasn’t spaced out evenly. Shrimp tempura was mostly batter. Also how do you forget one of only 3 filling ingredients (cucumber) in a California roll???

I got one order of yellowtail sashimi. One very small piece arrived. It was $7. I called the restaurant and spoke with the owner who defended selling the bite size piece of fish for $7. It wasn’t even worth $3.

The only place in the Hampton area that has good bubble tea. I recommend a large brown sugar milk tea or taro with boba and lychee/rainbow jelly.
The sushi is pretty good, and they have nice snacks to go along with the meal.
The service is good, with meals in 5-10 minutes.
The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet, with nice stools facing the big window.
The main reason I love this place is because of the variety of food. They have snacks, sushi, bubble tea, and tons more tasty stuff.

Terrible experience. The chicken nuggets were dry, tough, and tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours—completely flavorless and definitely not fresh. The chicken teriyaki was even worse: the meat was so dry and rubbery it was almost inedible.
Honestly, this was some of the worst food I’ve had in a long time. Huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

The sushi was pretty good! But the staff that your business employed could use some training in mannerisms… not a good look for the place or on how well the sushi actually is and how cleanly the restaurant is, thank you anyway.

I have this really weird experience of Zakura. I almost never write reviews so bear with me. I enjoy Zakura’s food, firstly a lot of people who complain of the prices are probably the same people who never set foot in the Hamptons, yeah it’s unfortunate and annoying but have some geographical common sense. I don’t have an issue with Zakura’s food or atmosphere or their over the top prices, the issue lies with its staff. Where I’m from I was always taught to put my best foot forward when having a job, maybe they’re just tired of dealing with entitled people, I’m not quite sure, but any time I come in here the staff acts as if I’m annoying them when this is their job. It would be one thing if they attempted to be nice, but they always act as if they’re doing you a favor even though they’re doing the bare minimum of customer service. I ain’t a Karen and I’m not gonna say anything out of pocket, I’m just stating a fact if you work a job you should at least attempt to be polite cause if it was my restaurant I would not want those workers representing my brand. Side note: they’re not even qualified to work there, I asked them questions about Japanese ingredients and ironically I knew more then the workers! Major yikes.
