WOW !!! This was my first time trying Smash Kabob and I think I find my new favorite food truck. I was so happy to see the insulated to go bag and the fact that everything was still hot when it came home. The chicken was so tender and everything was packed with the perfect amount of flavor. I’m going to be recommending this place to everyone I meet and can’t wait to try more of the menu.

Fantastic experience! The packaging was excellent and very clean, the food tasted fresh and delicious, and the guy working there was super nice and friendly. Everything was well presented and professional. I definitely recommend this food truck and I’ll be back again!

The food is exceptional tasting and they give you a lot of food for the cost. The food also comes out in an insulated to go bag. It kept my meal warm all the way home. I will be eating here again.

Food is so flavorful! Spicy for me, but so damm good. The sauce that comes with the chicken meal, is what was spicy. Chicken is moist, cooked perfectly.
Wish there was more lettuce in the meal.
Wait is very long (15-20 min), but I appreciated the cooking time to ensure everything was cooked properly and well.
The truck operator said TO ORDER AHEAD SO EVERYTHING IS READY UPON ARRIVAL. I will do that next time.
THE TRUCK KITCHEN LOOKS SO CLEAN! I have OCD so I analyze and freak over everything. This place is clean, the operator/cook looked well put together in uniform, clean uniform, and he was wearing an ear piece rather than touching his phone and the food, I also noticed he changed gloves, and food is cooked well through!
I paid $20 for food in photos, came with 2 souffle cups of sauce.

You don’t need to travel to enjoy healthy halal food. It’s right here in Salt Lake City!
The food? This no greasy spoon!
Tasty. Tasty. You have to remember to chew slower….
The service? Well, when was the last time you received service with a genuine smile and care?
Talk about someone being proud of their product. Forget pre-packaged garbage.

We visited there for the Halal food and we enjoyed our food so much that we ordered again for to go as well. We had smash kabob platter and paratha smash burgers. It was so fulfilling and tasty. The service was great and we will definitely go there again. Their packaging was very nice that can keep the good warm.
