Finally had a chance to check out Canyon Lake Eats, and it did not disappoint.
The food is straight-up delicious. The al pastor tacos are a must-order, perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, with pineapple incorporated just right. The pastor quesadillas were equally impressive, and the fries that come with them are expertly seasoned and seriously addictive. Don’t overlook the salsa either; a classic, well-executed salsa verde that pairs perfectly with everything on the menu. The staff is genuinely friendly, attentive, and accommodating, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do.
If you haven’t been yet, go. You won’t regret it.
