Service was very slow with only two other customers. We thought we would save time eating in house so we could go for a swim. We finally got out of there over 2 hours later. And the pool was closed. It took over an hour to get our food. They brought us our check. I finally had to flag a girl down to run it. Our waitress was out taking room service orders and the hostess was socializing in the other room laughing with two other employees for over 30 minutes while our check needed processed. Felt very neglected. We were the only ones in there for the last hour and barely saw any help. I think it was the slowest service I’ve ever had.

Well me and my family stay at hotel during Labor Day weekend place amazing food delicious, we left very satisfied and remember our wonderful experience we decide to comeback and stay again we have a weeding to attend so we use this opportunity to get wonderful experience again. Oh Boy hotel was great as we were expected but food is not good at all we order pizza and was all burn so we called to replace they did but the second is even worse it’s taste like old shoes, so we end up sending back. Well I guess they have special chef during holidays cause of amount a people but regular times they use all frozen food noting is made fresh. We probably we will comeback to stay at the hotel but not food. Hotel is great

We decided to give this place a try since we were tired from being in the Park all day and didn’t want to drag the kids any place further. We each chose the all-you-can-eat Pasta choice thinking you can’t really go wrong with pasta. Well, we were wrong- you can. My husband wanted to try another pasta selection, since it was supposed to be unlimited, but our waitress disappeared for over 30-40 minutes. By that time, I had already taken the kids up to our room and he was just waiting for the check.
The only reason for the 2 extra stars:
1) The host was very friendly and made it a point to interact with my kids each time he walked by. 2) There was an employee doing Elmo & Cookie Monster cookie decorating with the kids and my kids loved it!

Great Food, Very Nice and Helpful Staff. Hossain is really nice. Every morning, he makes sure my four kids, get there Fruity Pebbles and helps them pour the milk. Complete Gentlemen. Breakfast Buffet, is a Steal. Applewood Canadian Bacon and Sausage. Plenty of Fresh Fruit.and sometimes they have Ham Steak or Turkey Breast for BREAKFAST.. Awesome. Dinner is great. Who doesn’t love Jack Daniels BBQ Wings. Room service is Great. They have a Great Pizza Special. So if your sitting at the outdoor or Indoor Pool, you can order a Wood Burning Pizza and a 2 litter Soda for like under 15 dollars. The hostess is very nice and last time I stayed, she went out of her way to make sure my children all got enough plates and then came out to the pool with an enormous Brownie Sundae. The bar is great to hang out and get a burger when your waiting for the rest of the gang to get ready. You guys are very nice and the food is great. My Children love the Red Velvet Strawberry Cake and the Chicken Tenders, real white meat.

Service was very slow for how busy it was. There were about 5 other tables and it took a good twenty minutes for bloody Mary’s. It also took forever for our check to be processed. The food was decent but, I ordered the burger medium rare and it for as super greasy. It was greasy when I bit into it the grease squirted on my pants.

Hotel is great. Room service is lacking… Didn’t bring plates. I walked down and politely explained the problem and she gave me an oreo sized plastic plate. I asked for a larger plate and she acted like I was stealing from them. She finally went in the back and grabbed me a couple of plastic plates. I have never been treated like such scum. A paying customer treated like a big burden. I’ll order out next time.

The staff is wonderful as usual, but very disappointed that there was no breakfast buffet as before, no fresh fruit, no cereal, nothing for a diabetic weight watcher. They claimed it was too slow to set it up

Stayed there with a friend who shuttled to cancer treatment center and they were very pleasant room service gggreat, buffet breakfast good. I enjoyed their happy hour there
