They actually will not allow you to have lemons with your ice water not even if you offer to pay for it. I had to buy an iced tea to get lemon to add to my water. I realize things are tough, but you have to Have some sense of customer service I know it rubbed me wrong. I love the place historically, but they charge me for extra feta cheese on my salad and would not give me lemons for my ice water.

They use to have the best Greek salad in West Bloomfield. The chicken is never cooked fresh for the salads, it’s dry and cold. Tonight the lettuce was brown and wilting. Seems to be the norm now.

A couple times ive walked in and they say carry out only at random times, and one time it was 30 minutes prior to close and they said they can only do a carry out 30 mins before close. So this time I walk in 30 minutes prior to close to just do a small carry out order and they refused to take my carry out order saying “the kitchen is closed we are done” 15 mins prior to close I could understand. 2 coneys and fries takes 5 minutes. It would be different if this was a one off scenario but this is the 4th or 5th time ive tried to go there and they wont serve me or take my order for various reasons. I asked if i could just have a dessert to go… no cooking necessary and was told no to that as well. Not worth trying to go anymore. Running joke in the family that there’s only a 1 in 4 chance we will actually be able to order if we try and go.

I wish I could give a zero star review but unfortunately I am required to give at least one star. My 2 friends and I ordered the same exact meal a chicken gyro. My bf picked it up due to me being disabled and he’s my caregiver. My friends and I could not even take a bite out of the gyro it was as hard as a rock (we didn’t want to break our teeth) and the chicken was dry and over cooked the fries were ice cold and undercooked with zero salt. I called the manager and tried to explain to him our situation he was short told me to “get to the point “ that he “didn’t have time to talk to me”. Told me if I brought the food back in its entirety he would refund the money. My bf who didn’t order anything had to go back the restaurant with all 3 full meals and manager of the store a man screamed and swore at my bf yelling that nothing was wrong with the food and shouted at him to never come back to his store etc. My dad who orders regularly from them heard the manager SCREAMING at me over the speaker phone he will never go back and will advise his friends and colleagues not to go there as well. I have never been treated so poorly by a manager or even an employee at any store. Do NOT order food from this place the food is Horrible completely unacceptable and the management’s behavior was even worse than the food.
