Urgent alert ! again urgent alert! Please stay away from this place as me and my family when and Got an order first they overcharged us it came to close to $60 for three small orders of chicken and fries. Secind chicken looked weird first the wings had no flavors like they just dipping in flour and fried it dirty grease also we ordered mild wings and they didn’t even taste like mild wings it tastes like burnt oil and then I order my kids the big chicken with fries and let me tell you the chicken was an orange dirty color and greasy to a point where you buy taste like burnt grease coming on the side of your mouth. Now Coming into the morning everyone started throwing up the chicken was cooked was poisoned the smell was rotten and cooked with dirty oil and no taste to it and it was old chicken and it was a smelly to it like a chicken that was rotten. I’m calling the Health Department the family going to the emergency room. Stay away from this dusting place.suggest if you don’t want to get sick throwing up all night this places disgusting. My entire family have food poisoning and I’m about to reach the health department please stay away from this place and to think they over charge us over $60 to be poisoned with old smelly disgusting chicken they didn’t even have the thoughts on changing the old oil which is cooked on old burnt grease most importantly the chicken was old the smell to it.

Very disappointed. I ordered 21 pieces of fried chicken with four sides (tostones). The chicken was reheated and practically burnt. The tostones were dry and rock-hard. It’s unfair. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a 10 piece with fries, I got 5 wings, 2 drums, 1 thigh, and 2 dried out breasts!! Horrible, love crown chicken but this location is horrible for chicken. I have had lamb and rice there it was great! They need to step up their game with the chicken!!!

I’m very, very, very disappointed on my food order from Abisha Crown Fried Chicken in wilkes Barre because they over charged me for three orders that appeared to be a good deal but turned out to be a pricing scam and the taste of the food was like soapy and the food smelled like detergent. The cold slaw was heavily soaked in some form of cream and too damn sweet. I was overcharged for a food order that supposed to amount to $30 but turned out to be over $50. Then to add insult to injury I got a stomach illness and sour stomach from the cold slaw while my family got sick by vomiting due to bad cooked chicken. Never again will i be fooled twice. Stay away from this place unless you want to risk acquiring a stomach illness

Im so upset I didn’t drive to the other one by cvs. They lady taking the orders had and attitude with her son. She threw my brothers beef patty in the bag without any wrapping. They chicken wings were old and hard. I will never go back, it could have just been a bad day for them. I work in customer services myself I know how to fake it until the customer has left or something, it was very uncomfortable.

This restaurant prepared my order incorrectly. I only ever ordered two items so I know what it should look like. I returned the food thinking they would prepare it correctly but they returned my money instead. I didn’t order from them for months and called to place an order only to arrive and be told, “My boss said I can not take orders from you.” Mind you, Ive only returned items twice after coming here for three years. They could’ve called back and said something before I drove there but they lack customer service skills.

The chicken they use on there crispy chicken sandwich is just a frozen pattie deep fried. The one in nanticoke uses a real piece of chicken. This was terrible.
The fries are under cooked and cold. Along with the wetness on the paper bag they used so bread that was exsposed got soggy.

My family popped in for a late bite after a night game at King’s sports complex. Short line and quick service, staff was polite and helpful. The food choices were very varied (chicken, steak, pasta, seafood) and even included dessert items. Prices were reasonable, slight fee for using a card vs cash.
It is in the middle of a college town, so there were some colorful people around. I didn’t see indoor dining options. Overall, a good experience and I’d go back again.
