I came in at dinner at around 6:30pm on November 11th. They were blasting uncensored rap music from a Bluetooth speaker in the back, with slurs and profanity audible everywhere in the restaurant. Then I got my food, and the sandwich was a complete mess with most of the sauce on the outside of the sandwich, also the sandwich was nowhere near cut in half, as if they gave up on cutting it. The sauce dispenser by the soda machine didn’t work, and there were no napkins either.

We were headed back home from southern Utah and stopped here for a late dinner. It was empty inside except for one other couple so it was quiet. My husband is on a strict diet and they employee up front was friendly and kind and helped fulfill his dietary restriction request which made my heart happy. Our food came out fresh and hot and we enjoyed our meal in the quiet dinning room. We will definitely be back again next time we are in the area.

Got food on February 10th with one of my friends. I ordered classic cheddar in a meal. Service at drive thru was pretty good and the drive thru lady was awesome with switching out my drink when it wasnt carbonated. The food was of course edible but my fries came cold and my beef and cheddar didnt have enough cheese , meat was sliced thick and the bun was falling apart as I was eating. Otherwise it was okay to an extent.. but im not sure if I will go back .I will wait to see if the food will get better over time.

First time at this Arby’s. Place was clean when walking in. Staff member was really nice and helpful. Food came Hot and perfect. Our family loves Hot Fries and they came Hot. We always eat them first. Sandwich’s came as ordered. This maybe my new favorite Arby’s. Will stop again on my travels.

If 0 stars were an option I would choose that, 1 star is being nice. Girl who took our order had a terrible attitude, and seemed annoyed that we had more than 1 meal to order. Waited I think 10-15 minutes for our food to come out, because the “tenders were not ready”. Well tenders weren’t even of the slightest hot so not sure what the wait was for. My sandwich was more like slop on a piece of paper, cold and not appetizing of the slightest. Forgot the kids meal milk, so had to go inside for that. And didn’t put any sauce that was asked for in the bag. 0/10, do not recommend, go somewhere else, especially if you’re in a hurry to get back on the road. Spent $30 just to throw all of it away

Hours stated they would be open till 11:00 p.m. we arrived shortly before 10:00. They had the doors locked and would not unlock them when we knocked to be let in. Being right next to a truck stop you think that they would accommodate the actual hours listed. Poor customer service.

11/21 night shift cashier had an absolute horribly rude attitude. We asked if they had any keto options and she told us yes. I asked to see their nutritional facts on what was keto friendly and she ripped it out of the holder and slapped it on the counter and said this it and pointed to the Greek gyro. I told her that is a gyro not keto and she grabbed it off the counter. Instead of the Mac & cheese we ordered we got chicken tenders, the side of roast beef I got was good even though that’s not what I ordered.
We will find a different place to stop next time.

We frequent the Fillmore location. It is the only place open late. The service is always polite and on point up until we get our order. We always ask for no cheese. I can only remember 3 occasions that the burger was made without cheese. That is a poor average when we order here once to three times a week. We literally have to pull the food out and unwrap it before leaving to avoid issues like tonight. 20 min drive home to find that there is cheese all over the burger. I told her when I ordered and when I paid: no cheese please.

Food was decent enough for a quick trip to Salt Lake and back. I had the Arby’s melt, curly fries, and drink. Decent food for fast food. Service is a little slower, but the kids were making fresh food.
