Pho Time in PB has a bright, spacious vibe with high ceilings and lots of natural light. The food photography on the walls looks great. The restaurant is busy but still family friendly and not too loud. Cleanliness is average. They could make the entrance look more presentable and the bathroom could be cleaner. A step stool in the restroom would really help little kids wash their hands on their own.
We ordered the hot stone pho and the Bun dau mam tom which is a secret menu dish. Both were delicious and everything tasted fresh. The broth is on the lighter northern style. The presentation is great, but the hot stone pho could use a bit more noodles and herbs. The special drinks were all very good.
Service was mixed. The manager was warm, attentive, and remembered everything we ordered. Some of the other staff forgot small requests like bowls for the kids. More attention to families and kids would make the experience even smoother.
Overall, we enjoyed our meal and I would return, especially for the Bun dau mam tom.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Best banhxeo I’ve ever had hands down. The pho was super flavorful, I’ve never had wagu pho till I came here and I’m so glad I did. And they’re are Dog friendly! 10/10 recommend

Easily the BEST pho spot!! Im from phx and came to visit cali, i was craving pho and i saw on tiktok their videos and thought to myself it looks SO good, i wanted to see if my this place would back up my thoughts and i was right. The flavor is absolutely delicious, i come from a family that takes seasoning seriously and this exceeded my expectations. The service is also amazing!! The ladies and gentlemen are easy going and yes they do love to talk! Ofc theyll take the sign if you dont want to but i for sure did and they are lovely people. The area and place is very clean, it also smelled heavenly inside. (we got eggrolls, wagyu hot stone pot, the time special pho, beef stew, and a strawberry and basil green tea. honestly hands down the BEST ive ever had. the tenderism in the ribs was AMAZING, the meat has flavor aside from the pho flavor).

The atmosphere is super welcoming and the staff is very friendly, the food is very good and priced well. A lot of different menu offerings, I got the filet mignon pho and a lychee tea.
There are a few other items that caught my eye. The tables around me got a variety of different foods and everything looked very appetizing. The portion size is great. I recommend this place for sure. Ample parking, right down the street from main area of PB

Hey, my girlfriend and I arrived a few days ago around 8:00 p.m. and were seated. We waited for about 15 minutes without anyone approaching to ask what we wanted. I had to call them over, and even then, there was no water. We had to ask them to bring it out, and yet, no straws were provided.
When the food finally arrived, we requested a straw multiple times until I finally stood up and grabbed it myself.
From what I observed, the staff seemed to be judging us based on our race, prioritizing different ethnicities over their own. There were male staff members who stood at one table, talking for up to 30 minutes, while the others were doing the same.
On a positive note, the food here tasted very good.
However, the service was disappointing.

I have been cravingBun Cha for quite some time, and it’s not easy to find a place that serves this dish well. I discovered Pho Time, and I must say, their Bún Chả is outstanding—the best I’ve had in San Diego. Their grilled sugar cane is top-notched. Will def be back!

This was her first time eating here and we really enjoyed our meal! The prices are very reasonable. The portions are very large and the food was really yummy. The service was also extremely sweet towards us. The restaurant is quite large inside with lots of open ceiling space I highly recommend you trying this spot!

I always like coming here. The staff is familiar and helpful, polite, and friendly. The food is generally great — the pho is what you may expect, but the egg-rolls are always very fresh and crunchy (highly recommend using the sauce and peanut sauce because they are so hot when they arrive).

Clean, tasty, pleasant. Enjoyed the food, the low key late lunch vibes and the abundance of sunlight that poured thru their dining room. Beef pho broth was savory, the vermicelli bowl was fresh and flavorful. Would def eat there again.
