Will not be patronizing this location again..pulled up and ordered through the drive thru, pull up to the window there was no “hello” greeting or anything after I said Hello. They handed food out the window in portions and never once said thank you, have a good day, NOTHING! I’m good on ever dealing with them again.Customer service is key.

Don’t order from here. Dont know his name but the Indian drive thru worker tried to scam me. I placed an online order for a coffee roll, he told me they didn’t have it so I asked for a refund. He said they can’t refund me. Excuse me?? I hate to basically ask five times for my money back. Scam behavior!!! He finally gave me my cash back, but was a few cents short. I had to count the money and check my receipt to make sure he gave me the right amount and had to ask him to give me the remaining payment. Terrible behavior

The service is fast and accurate, I always come to this store and recommend others to visit here too . The store is clean and the employees are always smiling. Food and coffees are good to compared to other Dunkins.

I had discontinued patronizing a year ago due to repeatedly rude service. It just got so old. Then a couple weeks ago, I went through drive-thru because Starbucks was on jam. Service was horrific but the drink was perfect so I decided to be a regular again. I dealt with over-the-top rude behavior because I value the quality of the overpriced drink. A couple weeks in, my drink looked different, as if water was added. I was in a rush so I took it. Can confirm water was added. Gave them the benefit of doubt and went back today. Bro tried to hand me a bright white iced drink – meaning no coffee was in it; only milk. When I told him it looked drastically different, he tried to convince me otherwise. Please be serious. Advice to owners/staff: 1. Don’t question the customer’s intelligence, 2. Coffee is an expensive treat so accuracy is vitally important, and 3. Your ratings and reviews warrant an upgrade in staff, service, and accountability.

Consistency is key, this place don’t got that. You could order your same coffee five times and each time it’s gonna taste completely different! I know every corporate food establishment got measurements for everything, must be hard to follow instructions for some people I guess.

I went in for a dozen donuts and couple coffees. Not 1 customer was there and I got there around 7am Saturday morning 4/27. The worker getting my donuts has no personality and made me feel like I was bothering him being there. Then took them forever to make 2 reg black coffees. Donuts were good, so that’s good
