This place has awful management. They force non English speaking workers to take orders who mess up the orders regardless. I had to correct myself so many times and she still got the order wrong. Whose fault is that? Not hers. Management’s for putting her there.

I went through drive thru mostly for the crispy Diet coke. From the order process to the cashier, I had the best experience with the friendliest employee! She had so much joy in her voice and her smile was the best greeting!

Horrible experience at this McDonald’s! We visited on 2-21-2026.
Two items from the order were missing and instead of apology from the manager, he gave us an attitude and thought that we were lying. Then the employee came by and started pressing us about the item that they thought we got for free but actually was part of the order that we paid for. The ordering kiosks don’t give our receipts, so we had to pull an app and show proof of the order that way. Otherwise they didn’t believe us.
This is the worst McDonald’s with the worst customer service so far. No apology from the manager Juan F. or that employee who accused us was received.

I went to online order thru the drive store, the lady at the drive thru yelled at me saying to be nice when I was just talking too her. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had a 2 dollar order which she told me that my card didn’t go through when my limit on my card is 10k. SHE DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING PLEASE TRAIN HER. There’s no respect at all. Where’s the management for this lady at the drive thru.

They always have me waiting for my food . They tell me to go to the spot to park and they bring the food out. Never having everything . The property is cleaned on outside. The atmosphere is a view of the grocery store parking lot . They should have put the store facing the road . The other McDonald’s in area are nicer .
