Everytime I think, maybe it will be different, it is proven time and again this place absolutely is terrible. Takes 2 hrs because this or because that. The food is old and nasty. I just cant anymore, never again pizza hut. After 9 years of abuse this is it. There are so many better options out there, so this is goodbye.

Placed an ores at 10:45, got and time of delivery of between 11:21 and 11:34 it stay preparing at 11:21 and never got delivered went up there five minutes before close to ask what was going on with my delivery seen my Food in that warmer to keep warm ask the manager himself if my food was there he said no there was no order for me even though I could clearly see there was my order in the warmer

This location sucks. Apparently there is
only 1 guy that works there and he does. Not like customers. Order for 1 o clock pick. I get there at 1:02 someone has just left with there order but no one is at the register. I hear from the back 1 minute OK, 5 minutes later the delivery guy comes in I ask can you pull that pizza it’s already paid for he gives me the 1 minute finger and goes to.wash his hands which I appreciate, now the guy in back who told me 1 minute has graced me with his presence he hans me my pizza which looks old and dried out I ask how long it’s been sitting he tells me 2 minutes I say that’s I lie I’ve been looking at it for 5 why is the pepperoni burned he rolls his eyes and I tell myself u will NO longer order from this location there better at the Prairie View anyways. Don’t recommend at all

My pizza was burned and they wanted to argue with me about it. Even though someone was at the counter when I walked in he couldn’t hand me my already paid for pizza. I had the pleasure of waiting 10 minutes for someone to press a button then hand me my already paid for pizza. The convenience of this location does nit out weigh the bad customer service, and pizza I’m receiving. The drive to Little Caesars is in my near future.
