A bit puzzled by all the negative reviews on here, but of course experiences vary, so I’ll just share mine.
App: I’ve been ordering from them consistently for a few years now using the app. It’s worked well overall, except for a few times when it wouldn’t let me choose curbside pickup.
Food: Mostly good, but there have definitely been a few “meh” or disappointing orders too.
Speed: Mostly slow. I have to agree with some of the other reviews: The food usually isn’t ready when the app says it is.
Customer service: Excellent. They always bring the food out to our vehicle with a smile and have been polite every single time.
We’ll keep coming back.

I ordered online, but the app wouldn’t connect to the store. After calling the store to see what was going on, the employee shared that the pizzas were in the system, but not paid for that I could pay at the store when I pick up. When I arrived, the kid said it was like $52 instead of the online price of $22. No manager available. He said he could not give me the price I had for an online purchase because that is only on the app. Fine. But the app isn’t connecting and he told me that wasn’t his fault. Manager arrives. Same routine. He would not override the price as it could’ve been a quick fix. My wife was able to reorder online. We left the original pizzas there and had fees ones made. Horrible customer service in what could’ve been an easy fix, turned into a horrible review. I can’t believe the owner of this place would allow the manager on duty to represent their business and the Domino’s franchise as a whole.

I used to order from you guys a lot. I have had good experiences in the past. Lately, that has changed. Your pizzas are always under cooked. I rarely order Dominoes, but when I have over the past year—from your exact restaurant, that the pizzas were and are undercooked in the center. I ordered square cut with parmesean crust on our pizza. This is horrible! $31.00 down the draine smh. The pizza was cold and stale. I wish they would do better! Or someone would hold this location accountable! I am experiencing this for the 3rd time. Not again! Smh. Belle Plaine, MN Domino’s quality and order making is the worst! Truth are in the pics.

If I could I would give zero star. I placed an order at 9:30pm called the store and hour later to say I haven’t received my order.was told they would have a replacement out in 20 minutes… almost 40 mins pass and the store calls to say the driver will be there in 10 minutes, it has been 2 hours and still no pizza to which i finally canceled my order. The person working sounded like he could care less

We ordered delivery, took almost two hours, pizza was old, stale and gross. Had re-cook it ourselves for it to be edible. Never again
UPDATE: we did give Domino’s another try, instead of delivery we did carry out, it was hot, fresh and delicious, we will do carry out from now on

5 min away from dominoes and the pizza we got was cold. Not the type to care too much but when we got it this cold it was a bit confusing why it would be that bad.

The pizza is pretty cheap. The pizza was ready when they said it was going to be. Staff was quite kind.
The pizza itself however is very poor value. I ordered hand tossed and there is almost no crust there. The center of the pizza you could pretty much see through. Outside crust was not chewy but crispy and burnt. Really can’t recommend this pizza here.
When I called they did offer to remake it or give me a credit. I unfortunately was already home 10 mins away. That was nice but the pizza still is quite poor.

42 minutes for parm bites when the app said 12-22 and the workers told us it would be 2 minutes and then all of a sudden it was a 5 minute wait and soon enough we were in there an extra 15 minutes waiting. All for parm bites, they just seem like they have no idea what’s going on

I ordered from Domino’s a lot love their honey barbecue wings. I ordered them the last two times yeah the wings are smaller, but hardly no barbecue sauce and now they don’t give a side of barbecue sauce unless you pay for it. They now have a promo going for loaded chicken, I got it and it was burnt. What was there wasn’t even worth the price.
