Upon being seated I asked about my reservation request and were told the outside tables were full. The outside seating with the inferior (but acceptable) view of the Italian coast was shut off. After hearing this we immediately decided to walk out.
The food looks ok but you pay the premium for the view – which is pointless being sat inside. Cocktails are 30€ a pop. The menu is not exactly top tier Michelin food.
As we departed the lady at the desk asked what was wrong and upon our explanation no effort was made to rectify this at all.
If you read trip advisor reviews then the decline in quality from the previous occupier becomes apparent.
Unless they guarantee you a specific table then beware – we left very disappointed and will never return again
The atmosphere was romantic and elegant, with soft lighting and a cozy ambiance that immediately set the tone for the night. But what truly took my breath away was the view – absolutely stunning. Sitting at our table, we had the most beautiful backdrop, which made the evening feel like something out of a movie.
The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Every dish was crafted with such care and attention to detail, both in flavor and presentation. Each bite was rich, fresh, and unforgettable (especially the lemon from Menton!!) – it’s clear the chefs take great pride in what they do.
What stood out most, though, was how seamlessly everything came together. The service was impeccable without ever feeling rushed, the timing of each course was perfect, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. It was one of those rare nights where everything just felt effortless and flawless.
Our anniversary dinner here was more than just a meal, it was an experience we’ll cherish forever. A perfect evening, with an amazing view, exquisite food, and service that made us feel truly celebrated. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.
Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for not just dinner, but a memorable occasion.
But there was also a few minuses. Staff made mistakes, some of them forget what we asked and etc.
Food was nothing special at all. Snacks and desserts are not worthy.
