They asked me to pull around. I’m currently on minute 23 of waiting on a fish combo. Young lady from drive thru, just walked out to my car and said “can you remind me what you’re waiting on?” I reminded her a fish sandwich combo. She replied “ok we will get it for you” it’s Saturday March 7th 1:20pm
I hope the right leader see’s this and make corrections so this won’t happen moving forward. Unapologetic disrespectful team working at this location. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this is so sad.

Went to place an order in the drive thru. Wanted/needed the larger family meal that had regular chicken and supremes along with sides. When I got to the drive thru, was told the meal didn’t exist. Someone new on the drive thru. Finally a supervisor helped her find it, but was told to tell us, all that they had left was dark meat chicken and they weren’t dropping anything fresh until it was gone. At like 2:00 in the afternoon. I expect I would have gotten old supremes as well. Definitely not the way service is supposed to be provided. Not paying all that money for dark meat chicken and old supremes. Always something at this location. We hate that we live so close and enjoy Bojangles like we do for this one to have such bad management and service. And originally I was going to order for Doordash because we truly were not feeling good and didn’t feel like going out but decided to just go pick it up to save money. Glad we didn’t because no telling what we would have gotten.

By all means I hate to put places down. But the manager Nikki needs some more training. Not only did all 6 of my guys end up with something missing or wrong in their order but when asked if the front staff could put gloves on after watching them wipe their sweat from heads. (I get it, it’s hot but I would like my food without others fluids) I was told to take the food or leave it. They get paid either way. We dine at Bojangles almost daily throughout the state. This location has exceeded my lowest expectations for fast food. I do hope that training can help these employees but I also hope department of ag will re-think there A rating. Not to mention of their pet that visited me at the end of my meal

I see I’m not alone, this has to be the worst Bojangles in the upstate. This isn’t the 1st time this has happened, a 3 minute wait at the drive thru just to hear from someone only to find out they do not have any dirty rice and no cole slaw. This is at 5:15 in the afternoon. I love Bojangles but this location gives them a bad rep. They need to close it.

I was on my way to a doctor’s appointment on this side of town. I decided to stop & get me some breakfast. I go inside instead of doing everything on the app like I normally do. Once inside I saw there was a line. Come to find out, some customers did order off the app & was coming to pick up. But had to wait too. While waiting to place more order. I heard that they were out of sweet tea & fries as well. Finally, I get to place more order. Just to find out once I got back inside my vehicle that my biscuit was dried out & the ham from sitting under the heat for whoever long. No I totally understand that you can be behind because some employees were a no-show. But what I will not excuse is poor customer service & being given old food! That I work hard for! With my chunk-change of a paycheck that I received every two weeks from my employer. To waste a penny, which I can’t afford to do these days. And I didn’t get a receipt with my order. So that’s why I had to screenshot the amount spent. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location ever!

Dirtiest and worst location I’ve ever been to. 1150 on a Saturday and not busy whatsoever but the bathroom was DISGUSTING. Urinal full and broke, urine and toilet paper all in the bathroom stall and on floors, no paper towels and trash overflowing. Lobby wasn’t much better.
Employees couldn’t acknowledge patrons because they were too busy on their phones. Then want to get attitude because you are inconveniencing them by wanting to order.
I should have know by the previous reviews but it was close to where I was working so I gambled. Someone should definitely come in and do something about this location. At least the food wasn’t horrible but I’m sure if I’d seen the kitchen I would have went to Spinx for chicken based off the rest of the establishment.

I placed a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 9:30 pm. When I got to the drive thru at 9:40 pm I was asked to pull around the building and my mobile order would be brought to me. No other customer showed up and I waited in the front for the next 15 minutes waiting on three side items. I pulled back up to the drive thru and they were closed. I had to wait at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge me; it was clear they forgot about me. No apologies or anything.
AND THEY MESSED MY ORDER UP!
3 Side items, that’s it.
Every time I try to give this location a chance they piss me off. Go somewhere else!

I ordered a a 3 piece dark chicken with mac n cheese and fries, a 2 piece white with dirty rice and Mac n cheese I ordered a side fries with extra seasoning and mashed potatoes with no gravy. I received the most burnt greasy chicken. It was so dry. The hot sauce didn’t do no justice. I didn’t get Mac n cheese and fries with my 3 piece dark I got mashed potatoes and gravy with fries. I didn’t receive fries and mashed potatoes with no gravy I received two orders of fries. I would like to express how unsatisfied I am.
I was craving good ol Bojangles and them black jiggaboos messed my craving up. Y’all need to hire a gm or new crew or new managers because they ARE NOT following the recipe. Stop messing up childhood memories with taste. Get it together or shut it down till y’all do have it together.

I visited with my family to get lunch on 1-16-2026 and decided to dine in. The person that took my order was ok, but there was a female that seemed to be new and she was very rude. Had attitude when I had asked for ice cubes in my cups, she was talking back at me saying I didn’t ask for ice when I specifically asked for my cups that weren’t given to me. She wasn’t pleasant at all her customer service was horrible. If she can’t be nice to the customers she shouldn’t be in front of the restaurant. My husband asked for some hot sauce and made him wait for such a long period of time so we just ended up taking our food home. It is too bad because this location has been my favorite for years. Now knowing that we are not going to get any good customer service and just attitude I won’t go back and I won’t recommend anyone go to this location any more. Very disappointing.

After visiting 2 other locations that didn’t have bobites I arrived at 8:48 pm. ( Me adding the time is important, because they don’t close until 10:00 to 10:30 p.m.). They should not be running out of things, and they were not swamped. ) I asked to speak to someone at the window but was told no. ( Have autism and it’s easier at times to to speak directly to the person. Through experience Most of the time my order is wrong if I don’t.) I was told It messes with their timer. Eventually I was asked why didn’t I come inside. ( I thought the lobby was closed. ) But agrees. I park and happily go inside. I left my service dog in the car. I go in, place my order and asked if they could drop the bo bites fresh. ( I was worried when she told me to wait to see if the have any so I asked if they could drop them fresh.). I was told it was ok. 5 minutes later I overheard the manager say their frozen. And can’t drop them. But there are some already made. I agreed because it was fine. Two other people came in to pickup DD orders. 15-20 minutes later One employee asked if she sould start on my order and I overheard her tell the employee that yes, I was there first, that the only thing I should have been waiting on was the bacon. Which only is supposed to take 2 minutes. More time goes by others ask for something for the wait. And got it. So I asked for some chicken for my dog. Since we’re having to wait for so long. She agreed. As I returned home I noticed they forgot my husbands fries but had an extra be&c biscuit.
What I noticed while I was there. Employees standing around in the back with their phones out and conversating like they were at a water cooler. The only ones really doing any work were, “When, and quantasia.” ( I asked for their names. ) The manager ( When) was having to ask them multiple times for things that should have already been made, or things that they should have been working on. This stores shifts staff needs re training, and to be reprimanded for not doing their jobs, and placing everything on the manager.
Yes it’s the manager’s job to manage them. But if she’s constantly having to tell them when to drop stuff or bag/make things after they’ve already been told, then they need to be retrained or reprimanded for not doing their jobs. To me it seems like they really did not care. The only thing that I was waiting for. Was for bacon. Which from the manager’s mouth ” should have only taken 2 minutes”. I was there for over an hour. And by the other reviews I have seen. This isn’t uncommon. Hopefully this store’s owner will retrain them and replace their lazy personnel if needed. I feel for the manager tonight. Because she was taking all of the blame and all of the heat from the customers. While I watched the staff perform minimally. One of the doordashers openly kept telling the manager that they need to fire them and hire new people.
