At Junbi, we’re passionate about serving matcha the way it’s meant to be enjoyed. Our matcha is sourced directly from Uji, Japan — the matcha capital of the world — where our 100-year-old tea farm continues to craft tea with the same dedication and care passed down through generations. Our founders personally visit and oversee each step of the process to ensure the highest quality and integrity from farm to cup. We use a proprietary blend of specially shade-grown matcha, giving it a smooth, vibrant flavor you can truly taste. You won’t find any artificial sweeteners or food coloring here — just pure ingredients, real fruits, and housemade purees. We can’t wait for you to experience the difference!

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The place itself is small, but has enough seating if you wanted to stay a bit. You can order off a device or from a staff who can help you decide on your drinks
From their seasonal selection to their core menu, I love all their matcha drinks. If you want something with more caffeine, you can always have a “dirty” option with an espresso shot.
My go to drink is always the guava matcha cold brew with chia seeds. Delicious and refreshing. Great balance of matcha and guava flavor.
I tried the Madagascar vanilla recently and it was a pass. The guava matcha latte was so good though.
I recommend getting: their matcha cold brew that come with fruit puree: my current favorite is guava and blueberry and you can add milk if you would like. I often get less sweet in my drinks. I also recommend blended ceremonial matcha if you want something similar to a frappe or dessert after a good dinner.
I’m taking away a star because their milkier drinks always come out way too sweet for some reason. One of the workers recommended the hojicha latte one time so I got it “less sweet” and it was so so good. Unfortunately, I have not been able to receive this same drink since. Embarrasing cause I ranted and raved about it to a friend and we both got it and holy smokes, it was so insanely sweet despite light on the sugar. Even after we waited for all the ice to melt, it was sweet. In the end, we both didn’t end up finishing it. I got it again today in hopes and alas, it was crazy sweet again but I’ve no milk to dilute it! I can’t imagine what it would be at if I said full sweetness. I ask the workers, and they said there’s only “less sweet” as an option instead of a percentage. I think I’m just going to stick to the frescas from now on, a shame cause I find the hojicha flavor quite nice.
I wish they also had hot drinks, but it seems they focus on iced drinks exclusively.
Service is friendly and quick.
Cute interior, shop is very small, so not exactly a sit down place. Plaza has outdoor tables available for everyone. Tons of parking.
