This food truck is where our restaurant started. It is open seven days per week. We are 100% a family owned restaurant with humble beginnings. All our recipes take inspiration from the state of Jalisco, Mexico, specifically, from Autlan. We offer a variety of Mexican fare, asada, chicken, carnitas, pastor, suadero (similar to brisket), and much more. Tacos, Mexican tortas, gorditas, huaraches, burritos, to start. A good selection of Mexican beer is also available for your enjoyment. We enjoy meeting our customers and learning about them and where they come from, but most importantly, we like a satisfied customer. Come visit our restaurant! Our new restaurant is now open on Whipple Road.

Semi-permanent food truck we just stumbled upon while looking for lunch. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff. Their Burrito Supreme is a massive work of art. Great carnitas. Extremely generous nachos with both melted cheese and cheese sauce. Wonderful spicy red salsa. Wish they were closer to home!
