Was going to order through door dash, and they wanted $48 and some change for this order. So I went to the location, saw the restaurant was less than two miles from the hotel and ordered from their website. It was a 20 minute minute order and was hot n ready when we got there. Plus Pizza Hut only wanted $28 and some change!!!! The food was amazing!!! This literally is the best pizza hut pizza food I have ever had EVER!!! The tavern style pizza with spicy marinara, I highly recommend. AMAZING!!! THIS PIZZA HUT SHOULD BE THE MODEL FOR ALL THE REST IN THE COUNTRY!!!

After a week of solo parenting five kids and a $50, we tried to treat ourselves to Uber Eats with a gift card. After a five second error that Uber Eats wouldn’t refund, myself and the kids ended up at this Pizza Hut to try to save our fun dinner. It did!!
The cashier helped me get the best deal possible, gave us free cinnamon sticks for our wait and let us keep a mistake pizza. The workers were kind, especially to a mom trying to keep hungry children calm! I kid you not, my kids walked away saying how kind the cashier was. We look forward to supporting our local Pizza Hut more!

When I went to pick up the pizza, I could tell the elderly lady, Maria, had something going on, with the previous customer. So, I stayed there, patiently waiting. She asked me if I was picking up, I, said: yes, then asked the name, which I provided it to her. She told me it was $11.76.
I gave her a $100 Bill. And in a bad tone, upset, she said “No, we don’t accept $100 Bills.”
(And there was no sign stating that. Hopefully, they’ll put the sign to inform customers.) She stated: “it has to be card. So, I took out my card, and swiped it. The supervisor was coming up to her, when she was giving me the receipt, telling me to sign, and he decided to be just like her, and told her laughing, do you want me to sign something else, too, before I go?
They must have been bullies at school, that’s what they demonstrate with their behaviors now, as adults.

If you order online and your order says it’s ready its not they will ask you to wait when you get there but they will make you sign a ticket with the online time I got there signed my ticket and left 20 minutes later

I love ordering online and hate calling the store they don’t know how to take a simple order.today app an website were Dow I just received my pizza which I specify to be with Parmesan garlic sauce because my husband is allergic to it. They sent me marinara pizza and the worse quality ever. I keep calling and asking to be transferred to the store and they keep hanging up on me. I won’t order from Pizza Hut ever again.

Pizza took an hour to order, we ordered pineapple and sausage with extra sauce the pizza came burnt, mostly bread and toppings no sauce and dry. When trying to call the store i was caught in an endless loop because calls go to a call center instead of the local store. their local phones were down and the manager they did reach was not on duty. the on duty manager did not pick up and after 3 attempts by the call center associate. I understand it’s just a pizza but it’s the principle you pay for a product there should be quality assurance

Overall pizza gets home fast and hot and usually orders are done correctly. There was one order where Pizza was not good and smelled bad (one of 3 pies) but the other two were great. Really been good to us although it has become expensive lately.
