I absolutely love this food truck! The food is fresh and delicious. We have the burrito Mexicana and carnitas street taco. Oh my goodness was it good. The sauces they serve with it are fresh, flavorful and have a nice heat. I recommend swinging by when you’re at Cub or Walmart or anywhere near Eagan Town Centre.

Amazing, authentic Mexican tacos! Great service! We’ve searched long and hard to find good, authentic Mexican tacos without having to go to either St. Paul or Minneapolis. Tacos a La Mexicana 2 is perfect. Very reasonably priced and fast service. I’m so glad they chose Eagan!
