I went there Friday evening the 19th of December. We ordered a ribeye and sirloin steak, both supposed to be medium rare.
They were very overcooked at least medium well which is a huge difference. Im really upset I spent $50 on steaks alone and neither one was cooked right.
Also got the max and cheese it tasted like off brand Kraft. Very disappointing because we usually love the food here but lately, especially with to go orders, they seem to always be messing our food up. Over cooking has definitely been an ongoing issue.

I ordered the half order of rattlesnake pasta. Oh emmmm gee! Indont usually order Alfredo from a restaurant. Its just never good to me. Theirs was out of this world! The Cajun seasoning was just enough, and the portion was big! Half order and I didn’t come close to finishing it! We will be back tonight for round 2

Are here for dinner while in town bird hunting. The staff and food were incredible! I highly recommend the ribeye as it was a high end cut of meat and was cooked to absolute perfection!!! Will definitely be coming back again this fall when I’m back in KS. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the area!! Staff were friendly, attentive, and accommodating to our dining needs!!!

Haven’t been there in a while and we were quite pleased with the renovations that we’re made. Seating was not so cramped and dim lighting. Also liked the fact that menu’s we’re at the table and not hurried to pick your meal choice off a menu on a blackboard was a huge plus for us. We were quite pleased and will definitely be returning. Decent prices too!

Plum Creek is the most popular place in Beloit, we came here for dinner after working on site for 11 hours, from out of town. I had the chicken fried steak and fries and a house salad, my teammate had medium rare steak, shrimp, baked potato and house salad. I asked for onion to be put on the salad and they obliged. It took a long time for our waitress to come to us and after our order it took over an hour for food to get there. The reatsurant is pretty big,lots of tables and booths. We noticed that take out orders are very popular. We saw multiple trips of take out boxes every few minutes, i wiuld say at least 25 boxes. And there were a lot of people waiting in line all the time. I think sometimes people actually sitting in the restaurant, may wait a while for their food because of the take out orders. They use packets for salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard. I was undecided between 3 and 4 stars. There’s not a lot to look at in the restaurant, I would think if they are going to take so long to deliver food, they may want to get some decorations or some TVs. After working for so many hours I found myself getting sleepy towards the tail end of waiting for my food.
