Jay refused to give me the restroom code. This is absolutely unacceptable. I spend about $150 a month at Starbucks, and being denied access to the restroom is not okay. I’m not surprised this Starbucks has such a low rating. It really hurts the reputation of the whole brand.

Worst Starbucks experience ever. There are no tables or chairs — this location only handles Uber Eats and DoorDash orders, which isn’t made clear anywhere. But the real issue was the girl at the counter. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and made no effort to help or even greet customers properly. If this is who represents your store, management seriously needs to step in and provide proper customer service training.
I’ve been to Starbucks locations all over the world, and seeing this kind of behavior and lack of customer service is truly sad and disappointing!

Disappointing. For the prices, I expect at least a menu hanging on the wall. This location used to have seating. Now it’s more like a hot dog stand—no where to sit. I’ll go across the street to Dunkin Donuts. More pleasant experience all the way around.

i mobile ordered a venti iced matcha latte but got handed a coffee with matcha powder at the bottom not mixed in. i told the barista that matcha lattes, as shown in the app, are green not brown. she made it again the same saying ingredients are low. if ingredients are low, the workers should be transparent and offer a refund. i don’t blame the workers completely, but i didn’t get what i paid for. also, my friend got a strawberry refresher and got a super watered-down drink, when there were 2 jugs of it visible. also, google says this location closes at 7:00pm, but the workers told me and my friends they close at 6:30pm when we were there at 6:15pm. i’m not sure if this is allowed either.

I don’t appreciate Monday morning walking in the door and being rudely lectured about how I should use the app instead of ordering at the store. And the drink I got subpar at best. Been coming here forever I’ve never been treated like that or have gotten such a ridiculous drink that I would never serve if it were my business. I drink this drink all over the country twice a day and this is the worst one didn’t even fill the cup Didnt say you’re welcome when I said thank you, just gave me a look. Won’t be coming back

We found it disappointing. It is only commerce. Just a counter for sales. The kitchen where they make the drinks is now in a separate room. So you only encounter one person behind a cash register in a small room. I’m going to vote with my money and go elsewhere.

I like that this store is mobile only. They are so quick you can order it when you arrive. Your name is then immediately on the wall monitor and you can see when it’s ready. It took 4 minutes. The place is clean and no loitering. Just get in and grab your coffee. They do have a bathroom if needed.

As someone who worked at Starbucks for many years, I am a tough critic. Gwen and team do a great job. I am greeted every morning with my mobile order ready to go. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and consistently made a delicious beverage no matter how crazy my drink is.
