Wicked Slow! If you order delivery they use third-party service without warning. Over an hour to get my delivery once received my pop had no syrup. I filled out a survey and the GM for the Ann Arbor thought simply returning my money for the pop was sufficient.
Two really easy solutions, warn your customers of long delivery times and warn them of third-party delivery service.
I want to like Jimmy John’s but if this is what the district GM thinks customer service is then I will not be returning.

Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding.
I got a different sandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it.

I ordered from here today for lunch and they were absolutely SWAMPED. The lunch rush here is no joke and each employee was still incredibly kind and doing their absolute best even though it appeared that their customers were becoming quite impatient. Shout out to them!! They’re doing a great job.

Don’t go to this location if you want your food to be made correctly. The staff is full of high school boys and girls who don’t listen and who can’t read. They have had to remake my food COUNTLESS times both in store and for pick up orders. God forbid you call them out too. They will catch attitude and you’ll taste it in the food. 100/10 would NOT recommend.

The workers seemed annoyed and not friendly when our girls basketball team (12) went to this location for sandwiches before their practice. When the coach asked for the receipt as we were leaving, the cashier in a less friendly tone said “we offered it to you but you didn’t want it” – with 12 girls trying to order, the coach must have just been missed it. But the tone is not nice. As the girls were leaving, they said thank you but the workers barely said “of course”. There were no other customers waiting so I don’t understand why they were not as thrilled to have a big group ordering.

My last time there I was shocked by how rude the manager was. He said his name was Anthony. When I forgot to ask for no tomato, he snapped, that’s why you order at the register then proceeded to talk about me to the other employees. The usual order taker no longer works for them and it shows in how rude they are now.
