Been coming here through a few name changes… Rue Saigon, The Bomb, and now Taste Banh Mi. The rare beef pho was alright, just not super memorable. It would’ve been nicer with the usual hoisin and chili dipping sauce and some fresh sliced chilli like most Vietnamese places offer.
The Vietnamese roll is definitely better than what the previous owner used to make, but still not as good as other spots around. Being close to home though, it’s good enough.

Came here for a quick lunch, a late lunch, and decided on a crispy pork Banh Mi.
The sandwich was made quickly. The bun was fresh and crunchy, very nice. There was a generous amount of pork, very crispy. The vegetables were fresh and the sauce was very tasty. Great lunch.

Must try banh mi. As a a great fan of Banh mi I keep exploring the place. Guess what I found best place in South Australia. I love the crispy ness of the bread and crackling pork was next level. Staff were great and helpful and very friendly. I tried different other foods to really impressive. Very fast service with homely environment. Love the food, place and people. I will definitely choose this place as my go to.

I was shattered when the Vietnamese spot in Hahndorf shut down. Then I found this place and honestly thought it had to be the same owners because the food was that good.

Food is fresh and flavourful, banh mi has very generous meat servings. The pork has a nice crackle and is very tender.
In their opening days they had ran out of banh mi rolls which was disappointing, although the staff had good menu knowledge and offered a very yummy alternative from the menu with a bowl instead! Staff are friendly, and efficient, despite always having a busy lunch time rush I have not ever waited five minutes between entering and leaving.
Much improved from the last place!!
