I have spent any an evening enjoying Papi’s Pizzeria!
I love it here!! One of the best pizzas I’ve had outside of Italy! And the most authentic so far!!!
The only thing I would say is it is expensive in comparison to other places! But it’s definitely worth it!!!

Patatine Fritte – deep fried thin cut chips done right!
Garlic Pizza Bread – buttery, garlicky goodness!
Kids Pizza with Ham – small size, big flavour!

My family USED to get delivery from Papi’s regularly – like once a week. But they’ve stopped offering delivery without explanation. The pizza is fab, definitely the best neapolitan in the area; but a) as a physically disabled person, going out for dinner in-person is hard, really hard, the opposite of the convenience that is the ultimate point of ordering pizza; and b) the restaurant itself just isn’t very nice for dining in. Definitely not worth the effort.
If they resumed delivery, I’d order from them again for sure. But without delivery (and ordering from Deliveroo is not a good option – it for some reason always comes from the Uplands location, so it takes an hour to reach my home!) I won’t be buying from them again. Very disappointing.

We have visited Papi’s (Mumbles) twice recently and were disappointed by the service on both occasions. On both visits we were served by the same staff member, and rather than improving, the level of customer service was noticeably worse the second time. The waitress was abrupt, blunt, and unwelcoming, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere from the outset.
This is particularly frustrating because the food itself was good. Unfortunately, the poor service completely overshadowed the dining experience and is among the worst we have encountered. As a result, we would be hesitant to return or recommend the restaurant, We hope this can be rectified.

Went with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend. It was quiet so had a table straight at 530pm. Waitress was friendly and pleasant. Although pizzas were a bit on the higher end price wise they were fresh and tasty. Drinks not to expensive. Enjoyed the occasion

Disappointing Service from Andrea at Papi’s Pizzeria, Mumbles
Unfortunately, our experience at Papi’s Pizzeria in Mumbles was let down by the service we received from our waiter, Andrea. She came across as rude and dismissive, speaking abruptly and making us feel like an inconvenience rather than welcome customers.
Simple questions about the menu were met with impatience, and there was little effort to be friendly or attentive throughout our visit. Good service makes a big difference when dining out, and sadly this really affected our overall experience.

This used to be my favourite pizza place for an authentic Neapolitan experience outside of Napoli/London with Santa Maria in the latter. Now I’m better off going to Lidl. This is not what it used to be and I’m disappointed things have gotten this bad. Save your money, spend it on a £30 flight to Italy instead.
