The Talent Club originally opened in 1905. It has been a landmark and favored watering hole (for adults 21 years and older only) in the town of Talent, Oregon for over 100 years. Current owner Kandice Clark along with head of booking/promotion Larry Coble have been determined to renew the bar’s focus on live music. The headliner for the comedy was really good. She’s comfortable doing comedy, her timing is superb, and she has pretty good material. The opening act did not jive with her. She was crass, did not have any real jokes, just said really lewd things for shock value.

We went to The Talent Club tonight to listen to live music by Alcyon Massive. The show was sold out with only 20 tickets available at the door. The Talent Club was a fantastic cozy venue for this higher vibrational band. They had a nice clean restroom with helpful signs and they offered free hydration self-service water at the end of the bar which was nice for all the non-drinkers & drinkers alike. I didn’t order food or a drink so I’ll make sure to come back in so I can do a full review! Great concert & everyone had so much fun dancing & singing!

The “TC” is the best mid-sized live music venue in the Rogue Valley. They have a great variety of regional and national touring bands throughout the year, and entertainment most nights of the week. As a musician myself, I can say that the sound both on and off stage is fantastic. The Talent Club rocks! They have a wide selection of craft beer, wine, as well as non alcoholic beverages.

We are regulars for their excellent music and friendly staff. They do a great job of supplying the Rogue valley with a fun place to be up close and personal with great bands.

Cool venue, they do a great job of booking good talent and they work it the old-fashioned way: by selling tickets and (presumably) offering the artists a guarantee. That means that if you want more good talent to stop by Ashland and Talent on the way through the valley, you better start supporting clubs like this. 1 star withheld because the contact email listed on the web site does not seem to work.

Maybe the best venue for live music in the valley. Great acts for such a lovely, run-down place!

This gem of a venue hosts the best bands between Portland and SF. Laid back old school vibe, reasonably priced drinks with a pool table. Sometimes the cutest little pug in the world, Lucy, is part of the party.

Not wheelchair accessible at the front entrance, there are 2-3 stairs to get into the venue. There may be an alternate entrance but it was not readily marked. Inside the venue is fairly open with some stools at the bar, a handful of tables, and stools in front of the lottery/gambling machines. The bathrooms are single occupant rooms with grab rails and fairly heavy doors.

Overall a decent small venue to watch a concert in with non alcoholic and alcohol options.
