If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The customer service was absolutely horrible. While my boyfriend was ordering, I was on FaceTime with him and overheard the conversation. He mistakenly thought Angus and picanha were both cuts of meat, and I corrected him by explaining that Angus is the breed of cow and picanha is the cut. I even said jokingly “I should know, I’m a carnivore .”
The employee was extremely unprofessional, turned to my boyfriend and called me ignorant. Not only was that completely out of line, but it was also wrong because my explanation was correct!! It was extremely unprofessional, rude, unkind, and disrespectful. It only showed that the real ignorance came from the guy himself. This type of treatment toward customers is unacceptable, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Fui con muchas ganas de probar este lugar, pero fue una de las peores experiencias gastronómicas que tuve. Mal servicio, comida sin sabor y encima el lugar estaba sucio.

Les recomiendo 100% este bello lugar donde podrán disfrutar de una buena y deliciosa comida, vale la pena cada dólar que pagas, no solo por la comida, la atención de Julissa y el dueño es excelente, el ambiente es súper agradable.
