The restaurant is such a neat, unique and enjoyable place to eat. We love the location being in such rural location. The service is fast, friendly and efficient. The bar has an incredible selection to choose from including frozen drinks. The menu has a wide and varied selection of items. Food is very well prepared and has wonderful taste. Now here is where my usual 5 stars cannot be applied. When I went to the restaurant they had maybe 5 tables with patrons. My server was not busy at all. I know because I saw her standing at the front. Meanwhile she never smiled at the table or brought a refill of my water. When I asked for no cheese on any of my food, the beans still had cheese and no apology when I pointed it out. She checked on us once and we were done with the food at that point. The person checking out didn’t even smile or say thank you. Now I was a server for 7 years. I would have checked on the table probably more than I needed to, but that was my money I was earning. I also still tipped the server appropriately despite my complaints.
I hate to judge a place based on service alone and honestly I will go back. Maybe they will offer a refill or say thank you next time.

My husband and I are usually fairly judgemental of restaurants, so keep that in mind when I say this is some of the best food I ever had. I was incredibly pleasantly surprised and will absolutely be going back again and again.
Our waitress wasn’t friendly at all, and just kind of ignored us, but everyone else working there seemed much nicer than her so I can’t judge them too harshly for that. And the food was amazing so who cares if the waitress sucked.

Visiting Bardstown with friends but stayed nearby. We had an AMAZING time at Froggie’s. Carlos and Eduardo gave excellent service and recommended some good tequilas and bourbons. Food was surprising and the value was a 10/10. We will return on our next Kentucky adventure!

Restaurant was busy on a Saturday night however we were seated quickly and our server was on point. You will be amazed at the quality of food at very reasonable prices. Definitely a must stop when you’re in Bloomfield.

When I say that everything I’ve ever eaten here is top tier, it is top tier. Me and my friends went yesterday, it was there first time and they were in love with it too. Our server was so attentive and we asked for extra sauces, salsa, drinks and he was so kind and fast. If you go here, tip them well bc they are amazing. They also have a wide variety of food aside from Mexican. Also, their homemade hot sauce is out of this world!

Surprised to finally find a mexican restaurant in Nelson County that’s different from the norm. Food quality and portion size were excellent. Very similar quality to Sr Iguanas in Louisville. Most of the mexican restaurants are very similar in Bardstown not saying they’re bad just nothing stands out from the others but Froggies definitely doing their own thing.

We dined at Froggies today for our first time and it was an absolutely awesome experience! We tried their Texas margaritas, guacamole, cheese dip and fajitias for our main entree. Everything we ate was just so amazing! We loved it and Carlos treated us like royalty! This is our favorite new Mexican restaurant! We will definitely be visiting here again! We highly recommend this restaurant!!!

The food was not good at all. We barely ate any of ours. My husband asked for hot sauces she didn’t bring any until I got up and asked her again. We were her only table and she wasn’t busy. My drink barely had any alcohol in it. It was a beautiful day outside and the windows were not open. We drove over an hour to eat outside(ish) and for the vibe they give off on their Facebook post and it wasn’t it at all. I was very disappointed.
Had to ask for drink refills and the food was bland. The price is too high for the value food and drink!

Wonderful gem of a restaurant located in the heart of Bloomfield Kentucky. Wonderful food selections offering a text mix style food with very creative drinks and some Gastropub dishes. The owner is super friendly and the employees are very attentive.
