I ordered thru their website but when the driver was there to pick up the meal they were closed. Even though their website said it was open until 10 pm. I have yet to hear or see a credit. I sent an email and I still have not hear from them to see how to get a credit on the order. So i can not comment on their food. I have only used once.

Waited 20 minutes for a delivery order of two pizzas. They had the order for maybe 10 minutes before I arrived, but didn’t bother to check their printer until I asked about it. Was told the wait would be five minutes, even though the pizzas were not made yet. No apology.

Let’s talk about this Italian sub. There’s pretty much no meat on it. An Italian sub should be hearty bites of meat. We are talking one thing layer of each of the two meats. It gets 3 stars, however, because it’s cheap and the bread is fantastic. I’d rather pay an extra 2 dollars for a good portion of filling.
I guess I should also address the pick up mishap. As I entered to pick up, the guy working told me that he had just given my sandwich to the Uber eats driver in the parking lot. Had I showed up later, my sandwich would have been en route to another customer. Scary!

Called for delivery. They took my order told me around 45mn. Waited an hour and a half, and called for an update. THATS when they decided to tell me they aren’t doing delivery’s. Not when I ordered. Not calling me back to let me know. An hour and a half after I ordered and I CALLED THEM for an eta. Kids are hungry waiting on their favorite pizza. Bad service.

Ordered over the phone and was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I was delayed and got there in about 40 minutes. One guy ignored me when I got there; he had earbuds in. The other guy finished on the phone and greeted me. Couldn’t figure out what I ordered. I told them. He started speaking to the other chucklehead in Spanish. They looked through the computer as they talked and then he told me, oh sorry it didn’t get made. I was like, what? Why? He said they could have it ready in 10 minutes. I asked if that was a real 10 minutes because I am exhausted and have had a rough day. So he says well, 10-15. The other one pipes up and says no, more like 20. I asked how this happened and they told me they have a new system and don’t know how to use it! What?!?! I walked out and will NEVER go back!
