STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Horrible customer service. Dirty restaurant.
The old man that takes orders and serves doesn’t know anything about customer service. He first got upset because my kids couldn’t stay still and were playing with a pair of wooden chopsticks as we were waiting for food.
When the food came out, I asked him for a bowl and he brought me a dirty one. I kindly asked him if he could exchange it and he did looking mad. He brought me a second plate that was even dirtier (greasy and with black stuff). He made me feel uncomfortable asking him for another one but I wasn’t going to use a dirty one to serve my kids. When I told him about it he took the plate very mad and finally brought me a clean one. He didn’t even look embarrassed for bringing me dirty bowls. It made me question the cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole.
Later I asked him for lemons as he was passing by and he didn’t acknowledge me. I said “Sir” louder and he continued to walk away. I gave him the benefit of the doubt not knowing if he had heard me. He then brought me some lemons so I realized he purposely did not acknowledge me.
Later I came to look at the reviews and noticed so many bad reviews about him. I’m never coming back to this location. The restaurants on Naples and Palm are cleaner and have better food and customer service.

The banh mi here is really good—the bread is fresh, soft, and gets that nice crispy texture. The marinade has great flavor, and they use fresh veggies, though I do wish they’d add a little more jalapeño. The rare steak pho was decent—not bad at all, but it didn’t exactly wow me.
One thing I really appreciate is how clean and approachable the restaurant feels. There’s tons of parking, the booths are nice and comfortable, and I love how bright the space is thanks to the big windows letting in all that natural sunlight. The service is friendly, which is always a plus.
Overall, it’s a good spot for the price. Nothing outrageously amazing, but definitely a place I’d come back to.

This place has great food!!! The older gentleman is so kind and goes out of his way to make sure we are happy! He kept our drinks full and checked on us often. I tried the curry this time not your typical curry, it was like a soup with curry seasoning. would have preferred it with chicken breast instead of legs but not a big deal. Very delicious! The all time best fried egg rolls ever!!! Love this place. Went with a friend and we didn’t realize we had talked for hours. We apologized for staying so long but the waiter was so nice about it. Even commented on good friendships! The parking lot is right out front and I’ve never had an issue with it. Overall a great place to eat!!

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in San Diego. I have to go every single time I visit. Their menu has a vast range of traditional Vietnamese dishes that never disappoint. The size and serving of their rolls may as well be a meal.

Restaurant is very clean, service is fast and food is delicious. We ordered the chicken pho, rice vermicelli with bbq pork and shrimp patty, bbq pork sandwich and taro boba. It’s always delicious and a hearty serving. BBQ pork is smokey and delicious. Sandwich is flaky and full of meat and pickled veggies. The taro Boba is really good. Must try if you’re in the mood for pho.

The second time this week I come and I wanna order spring rolls and the old man is rude today went in and ask i wanna to order spring rolls and he said his only serving soup and he even scream at me because I why is only soup and he was like till 10:30am. I love this place but this old man in the morning is rude I will not be coming here no more.

Very delicious food. Great customer service. I ordered to go and the sat me down, gave me water. Food was served very quickly, which was great since I was on lunch break. You can call ahead of time.
