Stopped by for lunch. I got a delicious grilled chicken sandwich and cheese tots. Both were delicious.

Prices were mid range.

Service was ok. I got a text saying food was ready at counter but it wasn’t. After finishing my order the lady left it in the prep area and walked to the ordering counter to take someone’s order. She then walked back to the prep area, grabbed my order and gave it to me.

Restroom does require a code.

The food that we ordered tasted good, we got the double char and portabella shroom burger meals with extras on the side. The time to make was a little long, but its made on sight and also there was a large number of people during the hour. The place is kept well cleaned and the little side bar to get peppers or ketchup is nice and organized to get what you need so, that’s good for everyone. The restaurant is still new and getting everything set will take a while, but we will be going there again now that Habit is closer to us. Also, one note…don’t take the drive thru, it is a horrible design to be waiting and some people will block traffic.

On 11/15/25 We visited The Habit on Whitmore in Ceres and had an unfortunate experience with the service. Upon approaching the counter, the cashier/crew leader, Mary, spoke to my party and me in an unnecessarily rude manner. There was no clear reason for her behavior, and it left us feeling uncomfortable. I hope management will address this issue to ensure better customer service moving forward.

Very upset that they got our order completely wrong. We asked for a sb Cobb sub fried chicken and they gave it to us with GRILLED chicken, BBQ sauce on it???, and Romaine lettuce instead of the shredded lettuce. Absolutely disgusting and wasn’t at all what I wanted. We also got TWO fries with cheese on top and ended up with 3 regular fries. I knew I should’ve checked the bag but I had trust in them as I have worked here before and know our policy when it comes to checking the food before it goes out. My dinner with my husband was ruined.

The burgers have way too much mayo and I like mayo, but this is crazy. One burger has enough mayo for 2. The food is good and fresh but you need extra napkins to remove most of the mayo otherwise it is all you will taste.

Went in tonight 12/12/25 around 7pm and walked to the kiosk next to register was having difficult time with it so young lady who was very nice helped me and my wife says ill take your order my wife proceeds to say ill take a….couldn’t finish before she just walked away

Her manager or shift lead mid order or whoever lady in blue shirt was walks up tells her they got it referring to us to use the kiosk… and walks off doesn’t say anything to us the young lady was embarrassed and just walked away w out telling us anything because manager basically told her go back to bagging food and lets us use kiosk… I walked up and told young lady that your manager she said yes I said tell her she very rude and disrespectful and sorry she did that to you its not your fault!… we did not order food and just ate somewhere else …

This isn’t a reflection of any other habit burger just this location

There is a Latin supervisor at this store that is so rude and arrogant. She treats really bad the customers. Zero customer service. I used to go there because it was closer but never again. She is really impatient zero tolerance. She gets mad even for small things. She even like to attend customer at the cash register she send them to use the kiosk. There is people who doesn’t like to deal with technology. She should be more attentive and educated. Bad manners

Didn’t take a picture, but came in for my free sandwich on my birthday. Thank for that!..Haven’t been to The Habit in years. But Was kind of disappointed. Burger just a tad to greasy.

I arrived at Habit Burger at 9:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 10 PM. I went through the drive-thru, but the system said it was closed. Confused, I walked up and knocked on the door, and someone inside told me dine-in was closed—but drive-thru should still be open.

If the drive-thru is supposed to stay open until 10 PM, it shouldn’t be closed early or give the impression that it’s not available. It was frustrating to be turned away when I made the effort to get there before closing. I hope management ensures the hours are followed and that communication is clearer for future customers
