We went through the drive thru because they won’t open the dining room. Ordered, order was correct, but, the biscuit and gravy was very bland. The egg, cheese and bacon biscuit, the bacon was nothing but crumbs and the egg was burnt. The Pepsi was flat, overall, it sucked. Won’t be going back to this Bojangles.

It’s a young black lady working at the window. It’s always sweet and nice whoever is making the food. It’s not the way I order it. And the fries are not seasoned that’s why people love coming to you guys. Your chicken is good and for the seasoned fries, do better

I wanted to dine inside of this location, but the LAZY employees have the dining room closed, and made it drive thru only! There’s no excuse for you to have the dining room closed! People want to be able to eat their food inside if they want.

Every time I go me and my wife get the same thing. And every time they read my order back to me correctly. And every time they give it to us wrong and the receipt has the wrong order. I don’t know how this keeps happening but I don’t go to this location anymore

12-27-25 Cant tell you anything about the food or service because the doors were locked when I arrived at 8am, because it is drive thru only. However there is no sign on the left side of the building nor the marquee. Somehow I dont think they would have appreciated me trying to bring my 12ft high, 31ft long RV thru the drive thru, nor would I be served as a walk up to the window

Once again! This store has issues. Long line taking forever, then they can’t get the orders straight. Two of us are asked to wait while they get our order straight and then when I get out of my car to go see what’s going on two employees come out each with one bag in their hand and one is handed to me and I said, is this an egg biscuit and the other employee grabbed it out of my hand and said, no this is and handed me the other bag. It was the attitude that was the problem. You all can’t get your crap together but you’re going to take it out on the customer who was handed the wrong meal in the first place not once, but twice!
