Ordered a pizza for delivery, it was delivered late, the delivery person did not use a warming bag, so everything was lukewarm and gross. Couldn’t eat it. Tried to use the online link provided to leave feedback, link is broken of course- pretty convenient.
Escalated the issue using a different route. The manager called back and said they’d process a refund. Never received that refund.
I’m not going to fight someone over money but I’m definitely not going to continue business with a company that fails to make it right continuously.

I have ordered multiple times from these guys and no matter what I do, the driver cant follow simple directions to locate my address a simply deliver my pizza, I have to be on a call with the driver. Directing him where I live and then ultimately have to walk to a mutual location to pick up my pizza and it’s cold by the time I get it. What an absolute joke!!!!

Wish I could give a 5 star rating all around. But I got to give this review to CJ. Unfortunately I ordered through a different location and they closed and DoorDash sent my order to their location for fulfillment but unfortunately a not so truthful DoorDash driver said my order was delivered when they stole it. CJ the manager on duty answered my call after closing and immediately took care of the situation and empathized with the problem. Although I didn’t receive my food, I would highly recommend this location alone with how CJ handled the situation!

Pizza was so cold the sauce was cream already. I order here a lot and sure they have had some mess up but not constant something must of changed so I’m done with this location that’s 3 times in row. First the driver delivered to another residence and went back took the pizza from them AND TRIED TO DELIVER IT TO US from another house. Second and third pizza is cold. I also think this might happen a lot now at this location cause when you can as a paying customer think you want a discount already haha.

Peggie was the one reason I wrote this review! She was amazing today and her customer service is top notch. Idk if she is the manager or not but if not that should definitely change. The only reason I didn’t give the food five start is because the half and half pizza lacked cheese on some of the slices. Our large whole cheese was perfect but the other one was missing quite a bit of cheese on the other pizza. I should have flagged before I left but i don’t open the box until I get home but hopefully next time it’ll be okay. Thanks Peggie for your amazing service.

We ordered a square cut pizza with just spicy garlic sauce but they ended up giving us a plain triangular cut pizza. With garlic sauce and the hot garlic sauce. Deliver got our name wrong also. It was fine pizza still great but did mess up our order. Said it would take a hour but got here in 20 mins.

Jay is a generous and kind man and manager. He and Papa John’s sponsored an end of season party for our baseball team. He is always a pleasure to work with and his team is always happy and helpful. This location does good things for the community and should be rewarded.

Friendly people behind the counter and good pizza. Unfortunately, the middle was soaked-thru and stuck to the box. I prefer to have the toppings closer to the edge too. Garlic butter was yummy.
