They consistently make the pizza right, timely and it tastes great. There were 2 times they overcooked the pizza, but after my husband said something they quickly remade it, and he was still out the door in 10 minutes. Occasionally, they forget the hut seasoning on the crust, but not usually. We’ve ordered at all hours on weekdays and weekends, and they’ve never taken longer than 25 minutes. Clean looking store, but almost no room to dine in, so plan on carry out or delivery. Always good deals available when you order online

I didn’t have any complaints here. The food was available right on time, breadsticks were better than the pizza flatzz but nothing was bad and I appreciate the consistent quality of Pizza Hut’s breadsticks.

Very Friendly Stewart and is probably one of the only pizza hut locations that actually gets my order just the way I want.(if your doing pick up) the location os a little hidden however well worth it Stewart actually listens when your ordering and always nice to see his smiley face when picking up!!!!! DIARRHEA!!!!. got there early to get my in store mobile order I waited in line I gave name was sitting waiting for my pizza and boneless chicken order to find out me and my kids food was in the warmer the whole time. Once I got it was like little Caesar pizza. And the ones making the food was just clowning around. I had no time for them to remake my pizza kids hungry. The lady said she will remake order for us another day I appreciate it. My daughter no longer wanted it because she don’t like food warmed up in microwave. Me and my son ate some. Had loose diarrhea all day next day. Smh!

Sigh … Ordered online carry out while at work around 7:45 & went to pick up after I got off ! Get there at 8:20 and the lobby is packed , no greet through the door . (Which made me awkwardly standing there) . Tried to approach the front counter with 1 man working up front & couldn’t even make it . Multiple people everywhere & all he is saying is 40 min wait on all these customers first (addressing the lobby) then you .. ? I was confused because I’ve already placed awhile before that time . I asked if he could check for an estimate on my order , he walked over to the line and walked right back and said they haven’t started it yet and it’ll be after all these peoples orders . No urgency from him , nor the girls in the back listening to music . Went to Marco’s Pizza around the corner . So sad because I love Pizza Hut

I ordered a personal pan pizza for lunch. When I arrived, the whole restaurant smelled like marajuana from the pot store next door. So gross! As I walked in, the clerk looked at me and went in the kitchen without speaking to me. The tv board said my order was ready. Finally, a few minutes later, the manager came out and asked if he could help me. My pizza was in the warmer waiting on me. I asked if there was parmesan in the box and he said they don’t give out packets any more but I could pay $1.00 for a mini shaker. Ridiculous! I had ordered a supreme. When I opened the box, the mushrooms were so big I had to take them off. Just not a great experience. Not sure I’ll go back.

Apple pie order showed up looking like a dog got to it. Only one thing in there looks like a pie, the rest met a violent end befor they got here. The chunks are all crystalized together in a mass, so im asuming they came out of the fryer like that. I cant put out finalized work like that at work, im just sayin. These are just goin in the bin. Thanx.
