Tina’s Restaurant opened in October 1991 as one of the first fine dining restaurants in Dundee. Over the years it has become a familial business and a classic staple of Willamette Valley wine country. Owners Michael & Dawn Stiller have taken Tina’s to new heights, and strive to continue to offer quality interpretations of classic dishes and daring new ventures into the uncharted territories of food. Blessed with the varied bounty of the region, Tina’s makes great effort to use locally sourced ingredients, and embrace seasonal trends. We believe in sustainability, and responsible use of the land that brings us such a beautiful palette of flavors.
Seasonal New American plates are complemented by local wines in an intimate space with a fireplace.

We reserved the first seating of the night and so arrived a little early and walked to the Red Hills Market for cocktails.
I like that the 2 businesses provide a safe walkway between the 2 venues.
At Tina’s, we enjoyed cocktails, the Elderflower was so amazing and special. Bourbon selection was acceptable but not super impressive. Calamari and roasted red pepper appetizer helped balance out our cocktails while we waited for the entrees.
I enjoyed the gazpacho blanco and my spouse enjoyed a house salad. The lamb chops were very good but the potatoes and snap peas were not as impressive as my spouse’s potato puree that accompanied his beef tenderloin. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked, arrived hot. Paired with a glass of Tina’s house pinot noir. Dessert was creme brulee and their special chocolate cake accompanied by complimentary ice wine.
Our servers were lovely and professional.
The only thing I could possibly speak negatively about would be the window view of the outdoor decor. Fake hanging plants in plastic pots and fried dead plants in the fence pots.
We live in too amazing of an area to not feature the outside.
2 doors down for outside statuary and multiple sources for lovely live plants. Otherwise, they should toss all the dead and fake plants.
In summary, great food and service in a venue that could be more impressive.
